Bought two of these for my two cats. They are cumbersome and if knocked spill everywhere. Unattractive to have sitting about. Very hard to full or to wash dishes, because you can't pick up without spilling. Food container not airtight so goes stale.last but not least, the feeding dishes are metal. Cats don't like the smell.

Super, our cat loves it. Great to handle. The water tank is super easy to clean with a bottle brush. The two stainless steel bowls as well. I would buy it again and recommend it to others. Top!

I was looking for a dispenser for my two cats and thought this one would be suitable since it includes both water and food. Unfortunately, my initial excitement has faded: the water dispenser is very difficult to clean, you can't properly reach inside with a brush, and algae start to form. As for the food dispenser, when refilling it, the drawer sometimes doesn't click into place properly, and I've ended up spilling all the dry food. I wouldn't recommend this dispenser.

The large water bottle is very difficult to clean, and you can't properly dry it after rinsing. You can't reach anywhere to clean it through the tiny opening. There are already unpleasant deposits on the plastic, so I don't use it anymore. As for the food dispenser, the dry food doesn't automatically slide down; you have to help it along. I wouldn't buy it again.

Unfortunately, one star deducted because the water tank can only be cleaned through a narrow opening, which leads to too many bacteria accumulating. What I also find disappointing is that spare parts cannot be ordered separately.

There should have been a small metal spring in the cap of the water container to keep it closed when you turn it upside down to put it in place, like other water dispensers of this type have. There’s a pin in the water bowl that pushes up the seal when the container is in place, and the cap is clearly designed to fit a spring, so it would have worked really well. I used a spring from a ballpoint pen to do the job, and it worked great, but unfortunately it rusted and has now discoloured the cap…
