The hopper which contains the food slots loosely onto the base and does not lock in. This is easily dislodged and the food falls all over the place.

Top comes off base far too easily. Also, bear in mind, you're paying a hefty markup for something which is essentially a penny piece of plastic.

Unfortunately, the feeder doesn't dispense dry food – it's poorly designed and the food doesn't come out – you have to dig it out with your finger. I don't recommend it.

I ordered 5 of these feeders for hedgehogs and my cats (for when I'm away on holiday). What I didn't know is that the transparent tank just sits loosely on top, it doesn't click into place. This means that if you bump into it, the tank tips over easily and the food spills out. Now I have to stick tape on both parts every time to keep it together. Also, you can't open it from the top, so the tank is only ever half full. The cats are back to using the old feeder, which is much more stable.

Even the smallest size kibble won’t fit through! How on earth did they design this? Makes no sense at all.
