The dry food feeder works as expected and my cat eats from it. For some reason my cat refuses to drink from the water dispenser despite my refreshing the water every two days. Not easy to get the water bowl out to clean. Need to remove the water container first, then unclick the water element base from the rest of the feeder to remove the stainless steel water bowl.

Glad I spent a little extra for the nicer one. It’s really easy to put together. Practical removable dishes for washing. Cats love the fresh water and biscuits. I don’t feel guilty for forget to refresh it now.

Love this all in one feeder and water kit - the colour is great too! Fits whole bag of dry food.

So much bigger than expected, easy to put together, take apart and clean. Good value for money, I am yet to see how the food compartment works when full (if any food gets trapped/blocked) The water compartment works well and caps off when the dish is full and will refill once under the limit

The kibble for my cat has trouble going down. Every time, I have to shake the bowl to get the kibble to drop. On the water side, it's perfect. Large capacity. Very practical.

Super satisfied. Everything is easy to fill in and the portioning is just perfect. Would buy it again.

The product does the job, but there are a few things that could be improved: the kibble bowl comes off easily if you happen to lift the whole thing, the water bowl isn’t very practical to remove, and it’s a shame that the two bowls can’t be placed side by side. Nevertheless, the dispenser works well: there’s plenty of storage for both water and kibble, and both work perfectly – no issues with overflowing or anything like that.

For kibble, it’s perfect: no more having to constantly check if the cat still has food. However, I no longer use it for water. It’s impossible to clean the container regularly—every time you lift the tank, water goes everywhere. Also, my cat refuses to drink from a metal bowl. It’s a shame the brand doesn’t offer a ceramic bowl to replace the current one.

Good for food – BUT! Be careful not to expose your pet to contaminated water⚠️ I noticed myself that the water in the dispenser gets just as dirty as in a bowl. Since there’s a valve/spring between the tank and the bowl that lets the water flow down, there’s enough contact between the two for bacteria from the bowl to move up into the water tank. A slimy coating forms inside the tank after just two or three days 🤢 The water tank is also not easy to clean. I wish there was a better design!

Great quality at a fantastic price! I use the dispenser for my rabbits. This way, they always have fresh water and food, even when I'm not at home during the day. Works reliably, mechanically, without any unnecessary electronics. For the price... absolutely brilliant!
