The overall quality of the bed is pretty good. However the memory foam insert, despite being left in a warm room for 3 days did not expand more than an inch. It was also poor quality and offered no padding to my large dog. Zooplus support with this matter was top class. There customer service is one of the best.

These people with bad comments are on another planet. Try plumping up the bed or even washing it, you’ll find it stays in perfect shape. Or you could just put your fat dog on a diet !! This is a good bed and well worth every penny.

We bought this bed in a large thinking that our weim would fit snuggly in it. We were wrong she has so much room and she LOVES it. She’s getting older now and prefers to veg out rather than curl up. Perfect bed. Leave it for 24 hours for the mattress to foam up a little more and it’s perfect. I wish I could add a photo but unfortunately it won’t let me.

There isn't enough filling in the sides of the bed so quickly looks misshapen and cheap. Foam awkward to fit in the bed. Looks nice in the picture but doesn't look nice in real life. Dog isn't a fan either. Will be getting rid of it. Waste of money sadly.

I find I really good, my old dog love it and I think it looks nice too. i had no problems with the madras.

Being honest when I got it out the packet I struggled to put the memory foam base in the bottom and was disappointed once I squished it in there as it was very misshapen and looked odd, but saying that as I moved it around abit and let it settle and expand it turned out great and the bottom was very squishy and soft

Bought as an upgrade to his first puppy bed, Charlie my now 6 month golden retriever loves this bed. Really comfy memory foam mattress which fits well in the bed (not quite sure what the other review is on about). Nice and sturdy and quite a weight. I suggest you ignore the other review, I would definitely buy again, although I don't think I'll need to because it's going to last a while.

My advice is do not waste your money on this pet bed, not worth the money.Fast delivery,but arrived in card box no protective bag,rolled up with elastic band all miss shaped.The memory foam does not fit the base correctly.Wrong shape & to big.The sides are all floppy not enough padding.I have 2 large Setter dogs, they seem to like it but I have to keep shaking it to try get some shape in it. Very disappointed with this product.

The mattress it comes with is terrible, there's nothing orthopaedic about it.

It's a very soft and lovely bed for the dog, so it lies comfortably and nicely and sleeps well.

The dog bed is comfortable and my dogs are happy to use it, but the base is quite thin so I had to put a mat underneath to raise it up off the floor a bit.

Our little dog absolutely loves it! It's a super soft, comfy bed with a nicely thick cushion. However, we still haven't managed to find the memory foam layer in it, so to be honest, I do feel a bit cheated because of that. What makes up for it is that Theresa adores it and it's clearly very comfortable for her. 😊 At first, we were worried that the 30 cm high padded edge would be too big, but looking back, I can see it was a great choice! 🐾💚

At first we were worried that the bottom was too thin, but after a day and a half the foam “puffed up” and the bed is great.

He loves the bed

I bought this dog bed for my dachshund in November 2024. She loved lying in it... I probably should have bought at least two, as I ended up moving it between the living room and the bedroom, and it often came with us when I visited my parents or someone else was looking after her from time to time. She preferred this dog bed over anything or anywhere else she could lie. Sadly, she passed away in October, and at the end of February I got a new dog, an American Pocket Bully – she loves this dog bed too.

It doesn’t look like the product picture, it’s more of a round bed. The fabric on the top/edge is very thin and got holes after just a few days. But it’s soft and seems comfortable for the dog. Probably won’t last long, but he likes it.
