The blanket is well made and suitable for protecting your furniture or bed. However each time it’s washed it loses some of the little plastic decorative paw prints. My washing machine was full of them after the last wash, to the extent that I won’t be using the blanket again.

The blanket is sturdy, waterproof (tested it myself), and the hair can be easily shaken off. Its outdoor suitability is being tested, but I’m very confident about it. Unfortunately, it’s not particularly non-slip, though that doesn’t matter on the sofa or in the dog basket.

With the Nelly from Tiaki, the hair gets stuck, so I didn’t just order one of this type—because there’s a senior living here who can’t manage to stay dry. Washed it carefully, but the quality is very poor = luckily Toffee was lying on the Nelly, otherwise everything would have been soaked!! Money down the drain with a sick dog!

The blanket is nice and big and lightweight, that’s true. I bought it for my Akita-Husky mix because he was having problems with bladder control and growing up (hormones and all that...). Unfortunately, the non-slip paw prints on the underside started coming off very quickly, even though the blanket hadn’t even been washed yet... Since I’d already had the experience with another blanket where the non-slip bits ended up all over the flat, I got rid of this one straight away.
