Shoddy build quality
Within a couple of weeks, my cat has managed to claw the dark covering on the bottom half off the scratching post. Needed more glue.

Cats love this
My cats love this. Perfect colour for my lounge. Just about to order my second one as three cats have eventually used it beyond further useage.

Unusable since day one!
The wood underneath where the screw goes in literally crumbled away when I build it so it can’t even stand up

4 cat household, so well used and loved!
I purchased this scratch post Dec 2020 and it's now April 2022 and I'm replacing it as the cats have about detroyed it now. I have 4 cats, 2 are quite large and very rough when using this post so I think it's ok quality. I have several large scratching posts dotted around and normally replace them roughly every two years. This one hasn't done bad and I like the colour scheme so buying it again. The cats also like it if I tie bits of the old post to the new ones....

Bad quality
I can the glue, it smells glue, the construction is not sturdy, metal brackets can be seen. Is it even safe? The base is covered in the material rather than scratchy surface. Not worth the money at all.

Good post, strange colour schemes
We have only had the post a couple of days. Our cat likes it and has been using it since it was put up. The actual posts's material seems good quality, but the base and the entire colour scheme are strange. The base is a muddy kind of green and the material is some shiny cloth, with the upright being brown and cream. The finishing finial is muddy green again. We didn't like it at all and screwed the upright post onto the previous scratching posts's base which happened to be cream.

Great product
Our tom cat loves the post, he kind of fits on top but usually uses it when jumping on the window sill.
He chewed the toy off already but still loves to have a good scratch.
