Wood easily snaps and can't buy replacement for scrather

The cat nip is very strong.. Sturdy wood.. Balls don't spin all away around.

The item either arrived damaged or it cracked within 24 hours. I don't remember seeing any damage when I unwrapped it but in the morning the top of the frame had a buckle/crack in the top of it. The Zooplus team were very good though and refunded my payment.

This is already the second one I've bought, and after a short time, the edge has broken off again. I wrapped the broken edge with tape so the cats wouldn't hurt themselves. I ordered the second one because my cats love playing with the balls. Now the edge has broken off in another spot. I'll be looking for an alternative now.

My cat loves it. It is indeed a bit fragile, but she really enjoys it. It's a shame there aren't any refills for this scratcher.

This product was really handy and my cats love it, but lately we haven’t been able to buy the refills anymore... so it’s become a lot less appealing....
