I was totally surprised by how big this scratching bed is (yes, the dimensions are in the description, but I didn’t measure it). I can definitely recommend it!!

Very sturdy, plus the larger diameter creates a very nice lounging area even for bigger cats. That’s why I went ahead and ordered a second one, despite the higher price.

The product is destroyed after 4 weeks. Poor workmanship for the price. Such a shame, the cats really enjoyed using it as a sleeping spot.

My cats have mainly used it as a sleeping spot, but after a bit of scratching, a few cardboard strips have already come loose.

Like the smaller versions of this, impressively made, but bigger size (as this one) is needed for the most part. Cat loves!

My two tomcats love the scratching bowl from Trixie. They really enjoy sleeping in it. I’m going to buy a few more and place them around the house.

My cat absolutely loves cardboard scratching furniture. The only downside to the round scratching bed is that it's more suited for lying down than scratching; for that, you'd be better off opting for scratching waves.

My cats love it, and it's finally big enough! The previous scratching board from Zooplus, which was 39 cm and of which I already have 5, was also loved by them but always somehow a bit too small.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I have three cats, none of them are lazy, and yet the scratching bed holds up. I’ve had it for at least half a year now. The size and shape are ideal for normal to medium-sized cats. It’s a bit too small for Maine Coons, but my Maine Coon lady still likes to curl up in it from time to time. I’d buy it again.

The first impression was, "Awesome! I've finally found the perfect scratching bed!" because it was really well received, and all the other scratching furniture was completely ignored. But unfortunately, it became clear after a short time that it actually makes more sense for the individual strips to be glued together and to the main body. At first, only a few strips were sticking up, but now they’re even hanging over the edge.

The product seems very well made. My cats mostly sleep in it. The size is also very good.

My cats love lying in it, and every now and then they scratch it too. However, they are outdoor cats as well. For us, the item holds up well. I guess it depends on the cat how long it lasts and whether there are other scratching options available.

My gang of Ragdolls and Norwegians managed to dismantle the scratching bed in no time at all. All that was left was the outer covering and the whole flat was filled with cardboard strips :-) Such a shame, it would have been a lovely and very large scratching bed!

My cat loves it, but after all, it's just a bed made entirely out of cardboard. The price is absurdly high – one bout of cat vomit in it and you have to throw it away, since you can't clean it. It also wears out quickly when the cat scratches its claws on it. We can't keep buying new ones. It really shouldn't cost more than 100 DKK at most!

Incredibly toxic stench, now my cat's fur smells like it too.

My previous ones lasted a long time. This one lost its firmness after a short while and started to unravel... and now my elderly cat only uses it as a bed. Really a terrible product. Obviously, I won't buy it again and I'll look elsewhere.

In the past, I bought others and they lasted a long time, but this time I bought two and all the stripes came off after just a short while.

What I like most is that it’s really big. I have 2 cats, one of them weighs 8 kilos and she fits perfectly in this bed. She loved it from the very first moment. She uses it to sleep and also as a scratching post. It’s true that the price has gone up compared to the first one I bought, and my only complaint is that it lasted me 4 months, so I find it expensive for the time it lasted. I totally understand that depending on the cat, it might last more or less time. Summary: I’ll buy it again because of its size.

I ordered two and loved how big the scratch beds are. Unfortunately, one of them fell apart after just three months. The cardboard strips aren’t glued together, and at some point I found a metre-long strip dragged right across the flat. I tried to stuff it back in somehow but failed. Now the second one is also falling apart. An expensive bit of fun for the recycling bin.
