This tree is great for cats who love to climb about, as some reviews have pointed out the levels are pretty much the same width so not great for jumping cats when they're on it. My cats love it, they effortlessly jump to the first level and spider climb around. Snuggling into the top for a cat nap or to watch the world go by. It is a big tree, does take up floor space, was fairly easy to put together between the two of us and is perfect for our furbabies.

The cat tree is massive & really good quality which is what I was looking for, however, it’s very unsafe! My cat doesn’t know how to get off or on to the upper tiers because they are all the same level and don’t allow space for climbing on or off. Because of this, my cat has attempted to jump down from the top tier & hurt itself! I’m really disappointed with the design which wasn’t made with safety aspect in mind

We are a multi cat household with Norwegians and Maine Coons. This product simply isn't up to the job. It's lovely and it is a very specific flaw - cardboard inners on the sisal posts. The carpeted posts are fine but the sisal posts have collapsed after just a few months. Just one change and it would be superb, but as is it is a total waste of money. Don't waste your money if you have big cats or multiple cats.

Joey is 9 months old and we can see he is going to grow to be a large moggy. We are delighted with it - as he is. Anything smaller and he wouldn't be able to comfortably sleep in the two perch beds, which are a great size for him and do have some space for him to grow into them still. We did cut the hammock back slightly, creating a space so that he can climb from the second platform up to hammock level. This works perfectly and he flies up and down with no problems now.

Just got rid of this cat tree while moving and it's a sad day as the cat absolutely loved it for the 4 years that we owned it. Now onto the second one!

Have bought this cat tree approx. 2.5 years ago for my (black) cats and have now purchased a second one (on special offer). This is by far the sturdiest and most attractive cat tree I've seen. Quality is brilliant !! The fabric still looks fab even after years of use. Stains can easily be removed with upholstery cleaner or a bit of shampoo. I remove cat hairs or dust with the vacuum cleaner. It gives it the appearance of being 'new'. My friend fell in love with this tree and purchased it, too.

I bought this cat tree 18 months ago as I run a cat rescue and have up to 25 cats needing personal space at any one time. I can honestly say this is the best cat tree I have ever bought in terms of value for money and cats enjoyment, it's only downside is that the hammock wasn't removable to be washed and unfortunately I had to remove it completely due to cats urinating on it. This cat tree has seen over 200 cats pass through rescue in the 18 months I've had it and is still standing in fair cond

Had been indecisive about this tree and a couple others, decided to go with this one as is wider than others and has two top spots for my two cats. Was delivered quickly along with other purchases. One box was a bit bashed which I appreciate is courier not zooplus. Everything looked fine all the same. The printed material not as dark as in some pictures but a more Goldy brown colour. Had to get my dad to help me construct it as one person needs to hold as other one attatches etc. Instructions were helpful but could have been a bit clearer. After assembling saw two strips of light shining through top den, felt around realised had indeed been bashed. Can't tell otherwise. Gingerella the furry terror scratching and climbing on it straight away, slept on it last night. Her big brother Fredrico Fredwardo Fatty MacBongo who is nearly 6kg down from 6.5kg reluctantly got as far as the hammock. He's curled up on the upper printed ledge tonight after a hard days hunting. I've been praying it doesn't collapse under his weight. So far so good. Bottom line, kitties are happy, I'm happy, even though think it is a bit pricey. Peace of mind for larger cats.

After posting that the hammock was a waste of space it now appears to be a favorite spot for our big girl the only thing we have done is we moved the smaller hammock to the post under the hammock where it was when we had 1 cat in it and another cat in bed atop the post it seemed to make it lean

Although I do agree about the getting down from it our boy doesn't seem to be phased and the girls come down onto a cupboard or the sofa either side of it . its by far the most we have paid for a cat tree ( this is our 4th ) but by far the sturdiest the 2 beds have ample room for 2 cats but the hammock is a waste of time it just makes it awkward to get to the top a shelf and ladder would have been better

Cat tree has been delivered in just two days from time the order had been placed. It's easy to assemble but needed an extra pair of hands as item is quiet heavy. Once assembled, it wasn't just me who was surprised how huge this tree is. Even my cats were impressed. Lol. They absolutely love it. The quality of the material is beautifully soft. It's a stunning cat tree. A purchase well made. It's of very good quality and in my opinion worth the money. Thank you to Zooplus for the great service and speedy turnaround of my order.

No doubt it's a stunnig cat tree. Wish it was improved! As it is now..would NOT recommend it!! First and most important, the "extra comfy hammock in the middle" - the total size of the hammock & its platforms the same as the platfom belove it. This makes it very uncomfortable and rather unsafe for cats to go down the tree - they had no chance but jump down from the hight of the middle platform which is about 10 cm higher than the hight of the window seal!! We had to reposition the tree & move close to the sofa for cats go safely down. In addition to the above, none of our British Shorthair boys (7&4,5yo) like nor ever use the hammock! Second, both lower posts looked scruffy - have spaces that catch cat's claws - after only a week! Looks like the glue is either too old or simply not enough of it used. Third, bed/edge on the top of den is too big and does not look right. White furr was dirty in some parts (once taken out of original package!) Otherwise, well build & great colors&fabrics/furr. Had a very prompt reply from Zooplus & £20 compensation offer which we of course declined. Pleased they deal with issues and look after the customers. Returning it back & choosing another one - Gingerbread XXL. Hope to be lucky with that one!

This really is an amazing tree. It has lots of areas for the cats to snuggle and curl up together, even large cats. It is sturdy and well built. The only drawback us the building of it. It is strange to build from the top down and really needs 2 people. I class myself as really quite good at building trees but this one had me puzzled and was rebuilt a few times. The primary problem apart from building the wrong way up, us the very poor instructions. They really could have taken a bit more time over this. Otherwise, a great tree for cats even large breeds

This takes up a HUGE amount of space and the room it occupies is very large. However it is beautiful in it's design and colours, which are not vulgar or in your face. My 7year old moggie cat, Sirius, has been enjoying slowly exploring each part of it and my new NFO kitten, Absolut/Regulus loves climbing madly to the top. It was a bit of a struggle to get it together, please read the instructions carefully and be aware of which screws i.e. the length of them go where. All in all I love this and the cats seem to as well. The delivery from Zooplus has been outstanding and I've been very impressed with their customer service. I will surely be ordering from them again. The best pet website EVER!

I bought this cat tree about one month ago. The process of setting up the tree was not easy, especially when you do it on your own but I managed to finish the task. PLEASE NOTE - you have to follow up the manual and start on the top. Now my both cats can enjoy this very stable and sturdy cat tree. It looks great in the flat, it gives plenty of sleep and play areas. To sum up, I can recommend this product to everybody, especially for bigger cats.
