Unfortunately, poor quality/manufacturing fault
I received a Cream and a Light Grey version of this tree yesterday. The Light Grey one is perfectly fine. The Cream one unfortunately isn’t. Two of the silicone feet fell off as I unpacked the box. For both of them the screw had broken in transit. For one of them part of the screw was broken off in the wood. The other screw broke in such a way it ripped the wood. Also had an issue with one of the sisal pillars where the nut went through the hard plastic and the hang mat had a rip at the seam.

My Devon Rexes LOVE This!
Have had this quite a while. I wanted a small footprint and the wood us durable and has lasted well.
I re-covered the posts last year using a hot glue gun and new sisal.
I found a business on Etsy which makes custom replacement beds/hammock/round pad etc.
So happy to increase the longevity of this cat tree!

Cat tower - strong and resilient
Got this exact item at least 8 years ago from Zp in cream. Started in house now in the catio. When our cats became adults the donuts on the top were not big enough so we bolted wicker dog beds to the platforms and out the donuts inside! I only recently restrung the lower ropes. (Had 7 cats at 1 point) really good quality. Only downside can't buy replacement donuts, hammock and mats

Natural Paradise Tree!
I bought this free 7 yrs ago and it has lasted so well but now I put needs tine replaced which is such ashamed as the parts that need replacing are only the scratch posts as I’d of loved to have been able to replace them aswell as buying another tree too but in grey!

I bought this almost a year ago now, and it’s amazing. Super sturdy for my fat 7kg cat and he loves it. The bedding is easily washable and is a really nice quality. We swapped the flat mat from the inside of the house to the top of the tree as my cat was trying to pull himself up by the sides of the donut bed, he now jumps up properly.
I wish you could buy the donut beds separately as they are a huge hit between my two cats!

Quality reduced since previous purchase
Having bought this item about 5 years ago, it needed replacing, the new one is much poorer quality, the fabric beds and hammock all have rips in them, after just about 4 months. The string is lessers quality and is breaking already. My niece bought one on my recommendation, and she only has one cat , but the rope is breaking already. Cannot recommend any more,

I have an older version of this, which has fared well, but the new one I bought is lighter, with reduced quality coverings/beds , which are ripping already after a few weeks. I thought it was reduced because the colour was not popular,

Good tree spoilt with cheap & nasty beds
As others have commented, the beds are poor quality. They are thin & looked very shabby after just a couple of months. Worst still, they are dangerous as they are attached to the platform with just three small Velcro fastenings. As with another reviewer, my kitten also fell the height of the tree when the bed came away from the top platform as he was climbing up. Come on Zooplus, surely you can make the fastenings safer & the beds thicker or sell them as a spare parts.

Not as good as old one
Just received the grey version, as the magnolia one has expired. It’s not as good quality as the one I have had for six years, rope is not as thick , and it’s not as stable as the original . Cats like it just as much, but I fear it won’t last six years

Great product
I purchased my first tree in 2018, it’s now showing signs of needing replacement. It’s not the structure that’s let it down, it’s the scratching posts that have all stated to unwind. It’s a shame you can’t purchase them separately. All my cats including my 2 daughters love sitting and sleeping on it. 7 cats definitely give the ‘paws’ up! I’m now awaiting delivery of its replacement.

Top notch, well built cat tower.
Brought this following the demise of a far cheaper inferior version. Expensive, yeeeeeeeeees but well worth it. Quality and style are both fantastic. Built in around 20 minutes with the tools provided, my two devils love it. My pair are fairly heafty felines, Bengal and Arabian Mau breeds and this looks like it will suit them for some time. All covers are removable / washable too which is good. Oh and amazing fast postage too.
Poor quality
I have to edit my review about this cat tree. I purchased 3 yrs ago but I didn't get any response from last my comments here. The top part of tube had broken after 3 months of used and purchased. So I ask a handy man to fix the issue. The handy man filled up with some expanding. We puts it back but a middle part had broken same way as top part after 6 months of purchased.I can not recommend this product to owners of the ragdoll cats.Because this type of cats are heavy and strong.Quality is poor

We recently bought this for our ragdoll who'd outgrown her previous cat tree. We were a bit reluctant of the price but honestly were absolutely made up. Our cat is also delighted, and I think a bit surprised with the size compared to her old one!

We have several cat tress (one excellent one from 2002) and most are made from MDF. They are not strong, the cats have ripped the carpet from the posts, they warp and wobble and the fixing screws end up buried in the boards. With this one the shelves and base are heavy, rigid 18mm plywood, (same as my shed floor) and the posts are covered in tough string/sisal. Despite the height the cats (2) the cats do not look like they will drag it over. We have one large cat and the hammock fits him.

Looks nice, but not suitable for heavy tomcats
When my tomcats were still kittens, the scratching post was sufficient and I still like the way it looks. Unfortunately, the Velcro fastenings on the cosy beds stopped holding after a short time. Because of this, both cats fell down with the top bed while sleeping and have avoided it ever since. Now that my tomcats weigh six to eight kilos each, the tree is also too unstable and wobbles a lot when they jump up. However, they still like to use the hammock and the lower sleeping area.

Super scratching post. My tomcat loves it 😍 my female cat has another one from here. Right now, he loves lying in the cave, and otherwise he’s loved lying in both baskets. I removed the hammock because he didn’t dare to jump up into the top basket. But it was also easy to remove the hammock and one of the posts, so it’s still stable. Perfect for my two cats and my home

My cats loved the old scratching post from Natural Paradise, so it only made sense that the new one had to be from the same company. This time, though, it's (at least so far) an expensive flop.
