Finally a win for my picky eater!
My cat is notoriously difficult and turns their nose up at almost everything. Since switching to the new Royal Canin Fussy formula, they actually come running for mealtime and clean the bowl. It has a stronger, more appetizing smell than their old food, and I love that it’s high-protein.

All three of my cats loved these biscuits!
I have 3 cats: one younger, one older and a middle-aged cat with no teeth who will only eat biscuits, not wet. All of them loved these biscuits - I could even use them as treats during playtime. One slight issue is that the cat without teeth liked them so much the first time I served them up, she overate and was sick. So with her, I have to only give a half portion, then another half later on. But otherwise a big win for my fussy felines!

I originally purchased this food to try and get my 3 fussy cats to eat something different . They would occasionally eat small amounts but since the formula change I am having to buy larger bags , my fussiest cat now loves it .

Just stocked up on these as they are probably my cats current favourite biscuits, but knowing them they will go off them eventually, so currently also adding the Royal Canin hairball care biscuits for a bit of variety. They always get eaten up which is a big plus with fussy cats.

I had tried the protein version before it was amalgated into this fussy version, and my very fussy cat liked it. I was worried about all the negative reviews after this recipe reformulation but thankfully my cat still loves this version and polished off a big bowl :)

Strange stuff
We usually buy sensible 33 from zooplus but our order was delayed so I had to pick up some food locally and fussy was all they had. Well to my shock, my cat who usually picks at food and is very skinny gobbled it up very fast so I returned my large order of sensible to zooplus and swapped it for fussy but my cat won’t touch it. I’ve tried several bags but she would rather starve. Bought it again from the local shop and she loves it. Something very strange going on!

For many years, my 5 cats have enjoyed Exigent Savour and have thrived on it. We were given a free sample of Fussy Cat at a show and even my Oriental, who normally eats any new food, did not want to know this one. I bought a small bag to try on the rest and when I mixed it with Exigent, they picked out the Exigent and left most of the rest. I am now having to try different foods to find something that they will eat.

My cat used to hoover this up. Since they've changed it she won't even touch it. Big shock, big waste of money. What on earth have they done to make it so awful? Trying to see if I can get my money back! Struggling to find alternatives.

Hard to digest for my pup
Royal Canin has stopped producing 3 products and offered 1 substitute. Probably more profitable for the brand. Well, unless they lose too many customers! As for me, my oriental female cat only ate "Savour Exigent". Now it doesn’t exist anymore. So I bought the so-called substitute product "Pussy Exigent". Theoretically, it seems better (in terms of nutritional value). Results: vomiting kibble and now with blood, so definitely irritation.

Huge disappointment!!!!!! My cats absolutely hate this new version, they won’t even touch the kibble, even though they absolutely LOVED the original Royal Canin Savour Exigent!!! I’m really upset because the original version can’t be found anywhere anymore. I’ll never buy these kibbles again!

Good food, but a bit pricey
My common breed cats, basically strays, are quite fussy. We used to buy them Hair and Skin from Royal Canin, but they stopped eating it with pleasure, so I got them this Fuzzy variety, which from what I understand is a new formula for picky cats. The cats liked it, they ate the whole 10+2 kg bag well. The food looks good, the kibbles are the right size, and there’s no weird smell.
