Purizon Original Duck with Fish - Grain-Free

My cats really enjoy this food, sadly more often than not its out of stock meaning im always having to find alternatives, some of which they wont eat and so i have to throw it away, wasting money. If I were you I would fond an alternative that is easier to find so thag tou can always get it.

I have 5 cats, 4 out of the 5 had a bad vomiting issue after eating these biscuits. 2 were lethargic. The vomiting was after the cats had eaten a lot of these rather than their usual wet food and biscuits mix. I'm pretty sure they over did it with the biscuits. I was on the verge of taking to vets for the vomiting. To see what the cause was next feed I gave them one thing at a time, starting with the wet food and then a small amount of other biscuits. All is well but can't give them these again.

Purizon always makes cats coats glossy and and they are all super healthy. Duck flavour particularly good for one with a sensitive tummy. Great value when bought in bigger bags. Great ingredients and high protein 👌

For once all 9 cats liked the same food. No runny tummies or any issues :)

Stinks, my cats are Whiska cats very fussy however, I have mixed a little purizin (trial packs) with whiskas, my whole house stinks of purizon after feeding in the morning I feel as if I have eaten purizon as I also stink. The cats walk away and return not eating as much as before. I only tried because of the reviews.

My cats loved this food until it was no longer available... when it came back, I happily ordered two big bags. But it's not the same as before, inside or out. The bag can't be resealed anymore, and the food doesn't even smell like food, more like polystyrene at best. I can't blame my cats for refusing it... that was my last Purizon order!!!!!

I'll give you the old recipe that my cat liked before you changed it: 30% duck meat, 28% duck protein (dried), pea starch, 7% chicken fat, pumpkin, 1.5% powdered eggs, 1.5% boneless herring, 1% herring protein, 1% herring oil, carrot, alfalfa, inulin, fructooligosaccharides, yeast cell walls, 0.5% ground cantaloupe, apples, spinach, 0.3% psyllium, blueberries, sodium chloride, brewer's yeast, turmeric, glucosamine, aloe vera, green tea, rosemary.

This is one of my cat’s favourites, but the packaging – especially for the 6.5 kg size – isn’t resealable. I liked the sliding seal the best so far. This isn’t where they should be cutting corners!

My allergic cat used to love the old food and tolerated it really well, but ever since the recipe changed, she’s had diarrhoea or vomiting almost every day. After 5 months of very slow adjustment, she can tolerate it again to some extent, but she doesn’t really like eating it anymore.

The cats loved it, but they won’t even sniff the new one. Nice move, manufacturer!

After the packaging design changed, the formula changed too. My cats were very reluctant to eat it, and afterwards they had diarrhoea… the food ended up in the bin. Something’s not right, and it’s not just this flavour, because I tried others – DISASTER!
