I have cats with poultry intolerance so the majority of foods are not suitable. I spent months introducing a new single protein, rabbit, food & they all stopped eating it. So back to the original fish based one only to discover that it wasn't in stock and had been out of stock for ages. I had never tried any of the Feringa products before but with such a limited choice, at a reasonable price, it was worth a go. Hooray, everyone loves it, empty bowls. So I will be sticking with Feringa.

I don't know what Feringa have added or removed but I've got 3 cats who only pick at this food instead of devouring it like they used to. Guess we'll have to go back to the chicken, or go through the rigmarole and expense of finding another fishy brand.

Bennett loves the dry fish food. He is not usually keen on dry food nor Feringa wet foods But he happily eats this one. Recommend!

My three love eating it. Even my oldest, who hasn’t touched dry food in years, enjoys it. I ordered it because, in my opinion, no cat should eat grains. It smells like fish, which they seem to find great. However, I’ve drastically reduced the amount, as otherwise, they won’t eat their wet food anymore.

My tomcat loves this food. However, I don’t just want to rate how much my pet enjoys it, but also the ingredients. Since I have to make sure there’s no grain due to another pet, I really appreciate that this food doesn’t contain any. I also try to offer my pet as little food with sugar as possible. Feringa is absolutely brilliant in that regard!

We have a tomcat with a wheat intolerance and are glad to have found this product. Both of our cats eat it up completely, right down to the last bit, and there are no digestive issues either.

Unfortunately, my cat won’t eat it. She looks at me questioningly, as if to say, “What’s my tin opener thinking?” Apparently, she doesn’t like the taste at all. Normally, she’d at least give it a try—it might taste good—but here, no chance. 😔

My cat eats this variety too, although fish is her favourite flavour, or rather was, as I’m now switching to the senior range from Feringa. Everything a cat needs is included, nothing more, and all at a good price.

Basically, it's a good food with clearly declared ingredients, and it seems to taste good too. However, Zooplus lists it as a single-protein product, which it is not. The fish variety contains egg and also poultry fat. While fat generally doesn't trigger allergic reactions if it's been carefully purified, egg certainly can. Since one of my cats reacts to chicken, unfortunately, it's no longer an option for us.

My cats love the food, but unfortunately, both of them have allergies. One reacts to poultry and the other to fish. Sadly, the fish contains chicken broth, and the chicken has salmon oil. Such a shame – surely this could be handled differently. I know many people with cats that have allergies, but the industry still doesn’t seem to be addressing this properly.

Very tasty dry food. Perfect as a snack in between meals. The fish and duck flavours are the most delicious.

My two Maine Coons won't touch the food.

My two tomcats love this food. The size of the kibble is ideal, as my cats either refuse to eat food with a small diameter or swallow it whole.

My cat loves this dry food. We feed her wet food and only give her the dry food as a treat or for clicker training. As soon as she hears the rustling of the bag, she comes running.

Our cat absolutely loves the dry food; it’s even preferred over some wet food. Nice big chunks to chew on and nibble at.

Great food in terms of ingredients, all the varieties taste really good to my two cats :-) The kibble size is finally nice and not so tiny like with some other brands (and I don’t have big cats, just small domestic ones ;-) The price is also fantastic!

Fish is my cats' favourite flavour. The bowl is always licked clean. The composition is great, and the value for money is excellent too! I'll stick with it—keep it up!

I can't comment on the taste, but my cat eats it without any fuss ;-). Since dry food here is only given as "fun objects" for throwing and fiddling with, rather than simply being poured into the bowl, I find it very pleasant that my hands don't end up greasy and smelly afterwards, as was the case with other dry foods I've tested so far.

It's not just tasty but also grain-free with a high fish content. Thumbs up!

I've been buying Feringa dry food for years because my cat can't tolerate added grains. She gets severe gum inflammation from them. Since the dry food has been coated with some kind of glaze, my cat has been vomiting more often, and the lens-shaped pieces are often more swollen than they used to be when she vomited before. I really miss the old formula.

I bought this variety for the first time; my cat usually gets on really well with this product line and I think she likes the taste too. Unfortunately, she got really bad diarrhoea from this variety (fish) and now won’t touch it anymore. Luckily, I only bought the 2kg pack – still annoying though.

We were extremely satisfied with the previous food. Unfortunately, the new one just isn’t the same quality anymore.

I wholeheartedly recommend Feringa! My tomcat loves them, he doesn’t shed anymore, his fur is soft and fluffy, his digestion is fine. I mix them with duck, or lamb, or chicken with fish, all from Feringa, and he likes every variety! Thank you, Zooplus!

Unfortunately, as so often happens, not only has the packaging changed but the contents as well. It looks different, smells different, and my cat won’t eat it anymore. He used to love it, and now I’m stuck with a total of 4kg. The greed for profit just never ends—as long as it’s cheaper to produce!
