Feringa Adult Single Meat Beef

I bought Feringa for many years mainly because it suited all my 5 cats, and out of all the different brands of dry food, my cats vomited the least after eating it. Unfortunately, with the new formula and packaging, that's changed, and now I have to find an alternative. I'm really disappointed about this; I honestly don't understand this trend of changing the recipe and appearance of dry food or tins, apparently just to cut production costs. I would gladly pay more for the food rather than deal with the problems that come with these changes in ingredients for pets...

The food has changed its ingredients and texture. My cat is allergic to poultry, and guess what they added after the changes? Of course, chicken. So now the food has to go in the bin. Same packaging. I have no idea who thought it was such a brilliant idea to make changes like this without even a mention on the 6.5kg pack. What is this supposed to be?! Honestly, it's pathetic. I feel cheated that such a big shop like zooplus would allow the pet food manufacturer to make changes like this. So now I have no choice but to change shops. My next purchases will be with the competition.

The first pack I bought in January, he ate them. This time he just sniffs them and leaves them, so I guess something has changed.

Most of the kibble pieces are small and my cats seem to like them, but there are also some HUGE pieces that they couldn’t eat even if they tried. Luckily, my 20kg dog eats them, because honestly, they’re bigger than my cat’s ears. It seems like a manufacturing issue that I hope gets fixed, but my cats do like the taste.

The product is good and my pets like it, but the new packaging is terrible—completely unacceptable. The previous one kept the product fresh, but the new one definitely doesn’t. I’m really disappointed with this change.

I got the new version of the beef, but I preferred the previous one because the kibbles were smaller and less thick. Why did you change it?

My extremely fussy Maine Coon cats really like eating this dry food. Of course, we'll have to wait and see how they get on with it in the long run, but so far they haven't had any problems with it.
