On opening & squeezing gently a load of oil came out onto the sofa, my clothes & hands, etc. I put the lid on & tried shaking it to mix, but this had little effect & still there was loads of oil coming out. I ended up pouring a fair amount out so I could give my cat the malt paste without making more of a mess. After about a week of pouring off the oil I could finally give my cat the paste without it dripping everywhere. I then found the tube had sprung a leak & the lid kept popping off! 😤

So my cat really liked this paste... but sadly he vomited after eatting it. Throwing up all his food aswell.. He dosnt normally throw up his food so I'm convinced it was the paste. Maybe he is allergic

I saw good reviews about this paste. But I was very disappointed with the one I received. I went to squeeze it out of the tube for my cat, my poor cat was greeted with an oily mess. It seems like the oily liquid has separated from the paste. I tried closing the tube and squeezing it to try and mix the substances, and I even leave the tube in a position in the hope that the oil soaks to the bottom of the tube - but each time, just a liquidy greasy mess comes out and the paste is left in the tube.

Our cat won't touch the stuff at all (even when trying to sneak it among her favourite stuff/treat, seems she'd rather starve!) - gave it to a friend at work but her two cats wont' go near it either!!
