Loss of quality
We had the play arch once before. Our Norwegian mixes loved playing with it for years. With our two kittens, the old play arch had simply seen better days, and the mice and balls were hanging in tatters.
Unfortunately, the old play arch was significantly higher quality and sturdier than the new one. The mice fall off, and the rods pop out :( I hope the quality improves again and the colours and patterns become nicer. The whole thing looks unnatural.

It's alright.
The first time, the cat lay on its back like a baby and played with the little mice. Unfortunately, that was the only time. The tomcat knocked the whole thing over with force; it's very lightweight. It actually looks nice, but a seam on the pole holder has already come undone, and the pole is sticking out. Such a shame.

Invites you to play straight away
As soon as the play arch is set up, it magically attracts our cats. It invites both wild romping and quieter play while lying down. We've already ordered the play arch for the second time and are very satisfied. The only downside is the chemical smell at the beginning, which is very unpleasant.

Our two love it.
There used to be frequent issues with the wires that would quickly push through the fabric, meaning you either had to carry out elaborate sewing repairs yourself or throw the item away... These problems seem to have been resolved in the newer versions now. :) The last two play arches we bought have already lasted for many months.
Our two little ones absolutely love these items, whether for romping and playing or just sitting on them. :)

Unfortunately, it breaks quickly and then becomes dangerous.
1* for the packaging: More high-quality and well-thought-out than the entire product is worth. The blanket is acceptable.
The play arch fails completely in all areas. After 2 minutes, my cat had torn off the first mouse, and after 5 minutes, the first tension mechanism was visible through the fabric covering, and a small plastic protector came loose from the tension mechanism. My cat almost swallowed it.
My TIP: Buy a baby play mat with a play arch as a second-hand product.

Seemed great, but didn’t last long.
Our youngest is so crazy about the bow that he quickly played it to the point of breaking. The bows pierced through the fabric, making it unusable in no time. Such a shame!
Still, it was a lovely toy for the moment...

Play arch
Keeps collapsing constantly during use, and the tied-on mice and balls fall off. The thread is so short that you can't tie them back on. Unfortunately, a bad purchase.

My cats love the play arch.
My cats love the play arch, although they don’t use it quite as I had imagined (like in the other customer photos). Instead, they tend to throw it wildly around or lie on the arches, tear off the mice, and play with them that way. Still (or perhaps because of this), both the cats and I really like the play arch. It was immediately accepted and used. The main thing is that they’re having fun with it – however that may look :)

poor workmanship
For kittens, it's simply a great toy and gets played with for hours on end. The fact that the attachments come off easily is tolerable, but the fact that the arches poke through the fabric after a very short time is something the manufacturer could easily fix with some fabric reinforcement underneath. Washability is simply a "must". Why hasn't this been addressed after so many complaints? A big annoyance, such a shame!

Great toy, but...
My cats love it! A really lovely design and lots of toys on top as well. The only downside is that it doesn’t last long. The poles quickly push through the fabric, which makes it collapse all the time. It would need to be reinforced with leather at the corners, then it would be perfect.

Life-threatening
Please, please, dear Zooplus team. Remove this toy from your range. It may be incredibly stylish and chic, but it's completely useless. My gorgeous tomcat dragged it all around the flat until he got one of his hind paws caught in one of the hanging mice. While trying to free him, my Balou bit me twice in the calf out of panic. A week later, I had to undergo surgery because I was on the verge of sepsis. Even after 3 months, it still hasn’t fully healed.

Unfortunately, it’s not washable!!!!!!
For hygiene reasons, unfortunately not recommended as you should at least be able to wash it!
