I was devastated when they stopped selling these in the UK as they're my cats favourite toy - I was so happy when they came back. However, they are not made to the same quality. The material used is different and they are much more baggy, as they're clearly stuffed with less catnip. Clearly they've started making them with a cheaper process. Luckily, I think the actual catnip is the same type, there's just less of it inside.

Can't comment on the quality of the catnip, but the method of attaching them to the cardboard is flawed & dangerous. In cutting the plastic holding tags to release them from the cardboard, it leaves one end indside / protuding out of the toy. This sharp piece of plastic cannot be pulled out without cutting the material. There are 2 / 3 sharp bits now in the toy that could scratch / puncture the cats mouth / gum. I have squished and pushed them inside the main body, but can still feel them.

Every single one of my cats past and present have adored these catnip veggie toys but why, oh why have they been out of stock for such a long time? Please Zooplus, dont do with these like other of your many past products and discontinue them or only make them available in Ireland.

Our kitties love the catnip veggies! We bought several packs over the years and the products' quality as well as the kitties' reaction to these toys has always been outstanding! Highly recommending the Catnip Veggies!!!

Both my cats aren't that mad on catnip but with these they were both trying to get in the delivery box before I'd opened it. Turns a placid mild mannered cat into a wild animal. One of the best toys I've bought them.

My cat loved these, definitely have been well received. He seems to react the catnip in these much more than in other toys. They seem pretty well made too.

My 6 year old cat who is not very playful quite likes it. She does not play with it a lot but once a day theows it around and rolls in it.

I brought these 2 years ago with my points and they have been the best loved toys ever. They are still played with today and I find them carried around the house. I have purchased some more for Christmas and already having to change hiding positions as they are being hunted down.

These are the best toys ever, my cats will not leave them alone. They go nuts for them and also sleep with them either as pillows or tucked under their chests. Now they're back in stock I'm definitely buying lots more.

Got those to use my points and I am now buying another set since they have been so loved they are falling apart !

These are the best little catnip toys and my cat loves them. Great value for money and just hoping they come back in stock soon as no other catnip seems to work for my cat, despite buying different Canadian Catnip.

I bought these for my kittens for Christmas and they absolutely loved them! I’m ordering another 2 packs because the parsnip is coming apart at the seams already due to the amount of play. One of the kittens doesn’t usually respond to catnip, but even he loved them.

I ordered these items the other day they turned up today even before I got Em Out The Box or two cats went crazy but they love them to bits deathly recommend others to buy these 100%

I didn’t think my cat would be interested as I’ve tried catnip in the past. I gave her one of the veggie toys and she went crazy. She loved it, smoothed herself all over it, fought it, ate it and a chucked it around. The fun lasted around 10 mins then she went outside for a rest. Will see if she still loves it later - fab item defo worth a try 👍🏼

These inexpensive and unassuming little toys are a favourite amongst my 9. We have ages of under 2 to 19 and they go NUTS for them. My 19 year old is always the first in the box and insistsee on trying to steal each one. We order 8 or 10 of them at a time and they withstand two 18lb cats play and my homicidal 2 year old. Amazing toys and cannot recommend them enough!

My cat is very fussy with which toys he plays with. He hasn't stopped playing with them since they arrived! Also they are much larger then I expected so very happy!

My 2 cats love these keeps them occupied for ages I was surprised as normally they get bored of smaller toys after a while but not these! They love them so much I am buying more for them but with all playing they haven't broke or anything bargain toy!!

All the cats used to love it, but now that it's changed, they don't pay any attention to it anymore. Really a shame.

My cat is obsessed, she goes wild on these veggies! They're all soaked after she's done playing with them.

I've been ordering this for years. It used to be the only toy my cat absolutely loved. Now there's less than half the stuffing and he doesn't play with it anymore.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointment. The vegetables weren't packaged at all, which isn't very hygienic, and probably because of this, the catnip scent wasn't noticeable either. My cats weren't really interested, even though they usually love these kinds of toys. So it's pointless like this.

Cat loves it, but unfortunately the quality isn’t what it used to be here either. It used to be fuller and firmer than it is now.

Excellent, very attractive toy. My cat plays with it a lot and also cuddles it. I recommend it.

As soon as the package is opened, our two tomcats just can't be stopped! Quickly tear it off the cardboard and they're off like a shot. Absolutely brilliant 💯🐾🐾

The first few years they were thick and well-filled... even the old cats loved them... but last time the toys were only half as thick!!!

Encouraged by how my cats reacted to similar toys from zooplus (the chicken and the carrot), I bought this set. It wasn't as much of a hit, but it was still alright.

My cats absolutely love this toy – they completely take it over and lick it from top to bottom. They throw themselves onto it and then chase it all around the flat. On the first day, the toy is usually covered in drool because the catnip really kicks in. Every day, they play with it and slobber all over it.

Both of mine really like it – the little one doesn’t just use it for playing, but also cuddles with it in his basket. The bigger one used to be a bit lazy when it came to playing, but that’s changed now.

I was very satisfied with these toys in my previous orders: they were well filled, good quality, and had a scent that immediately attracted my cat. Unfortunately, the last order was very disappointing. The toys are much flatter, seem less well stuffed, and have almost no smell. My cat is much less interested in them than before. It’s a shame because the product used to be excellent. I hope the original quality can be restored.

I thought there would be more padding, they end up under the sofa...
