Not for all cats
I love the design, I think its really very good. It looks good (I called it Kerplunk for cats) and it a great concept. However, my cat, while a greedy pig, is also a lot less clever than a ball of fluff. She couldn't figure it out at all and spent hours crying at the tower. I had to give in and now use a ball with holes to deliver her food :(
I'm pretty sad that my cat is so thick and I'm having to pass this on to another person.
I don't fault the design, the manufacture or the product at all. Just needs to be said some cats ain't that bright :/

not that interested
The design looks great. shame the cat really dont want to eat from it. as the bottom bit where it collects the food is too small for my cats head to get to. so she sort of feel claustrophobic when she eats... (not trying to sound too .....) not a big success

Great concept but slightly dissapointed
The concept of this product i think is great. I have one fussy eater and one piggy! So i thought it would help slow down my greedy RagaMuffin whose not as bright as my Bengal who sussed it in seconds. It does now mean i can leave food out all the time. The big negative is the huge opening at the top. I dont understand why it needs to be this big. Not only can my dog help himself (so have to keep it on the kitchen worktop, not ideal)but thats exactly what my Bengal does, just eats from the top like a bowl which totally misses the whole point of the product and means while doing so knocks food out the bottom which he leaves for my RagaMuffin to eat so Baloo need not do any work for his supper at all. Feel it could also do with having a further option to increase difficulty for those many clever puss cats out there.

Happy Kitty
Bought this product recently for my indoor kitty. He loves it! A little bemused at first "what, now you expect me to work for my breakfast.." however once he got to grips with the concept he had a lot of fun chasing the biscuits down to the bowl. Nice and sturdy, Dexter is a little on the large side and was worried he may just knock it over but the bowl stands up well!
