Even lazy cats are encouraged to play.
I unpacked the Feather Dancer today, and our two lady cats were immediately all over it. Even our lazy Siamese tomcat took a swipe at it and looked wide-eyed.
My verdict: Fantastic toy and lots of fun for both cats and owners!

Finally, a sturdy fishing rod for gaming!
I don’t even want to count how many DaBirds, DaBird knock-offs, and feather boa wands we’ve had over the years. The string was always bitten through in no time. We’ve spent so much money on those...
And now, finally, a play wand that’s practically indestructible! Brilliant piece of kit, and the cats go absolutely wild for it—it’s a riot.
A long-overdue product, highly recommended!

Ideal toy for blind cats
The only play wand that even blind cats can enjoy. Rattle mice on a wand only make noise once the cat has already caught them, but this one rattles in the air, allowing the cat to orient itself by sound. Mine has recently started fetching it too! She takes the feather tuft in her mouth and carries it back to me carefully, with her head held high and ears always perked up (dragging the stick behind her).

Feather Dancer
This is the best cat wand I've found so far for my Raggys. The tomcat went absolutely crazy for the new toy and was quite reluctant to share it with his sister. Unfortunately, the wand isn’t robust enough to withstand my tomcat’s antics (he literally tears these things apart).
Nevertheless, I’m ordering them again because everything else I bring home as cat toys doesn’t spark nearly as much interest as the feather dancer.
Now, 2 Raggys are looking forward to new feather dancers again, especially the tomcat ;o)) lol

BEAUTIFUL!
This is really well designed and attractive. It's such a pleasure waving it about that I might be tempted even if Sylvie didn't like it - which fortunately she does! A bonus is that it seems to be indestructable. Treat yourself - and your cat of course!

Very sturdy and super popular!!!
I've bought quite a few toys for my Sam, and many of them were ignored. But the Feather Dancer was a big hit with him! The quality is excellent and it withstands wild paw swipes and tugging manoeuvres. The stick is also long enough to keep your own hands safe. :-)

Best dancer toy
When we first got our kittens, we bought this, along with the leather, and regular feather dancer toys. This has been by far and away the best purchase. It's very robust (all our other feather toys have since been decimated), and the addition of the solid pole, with the mylar type end seems to give it extra flexibility. Both kittens love it, and prefer it to all their other toys, they will play until they're panting, and then play some more.
It's definitely worth the price, and I will be getting some more.

Also suitable for curvy ladies :-)
My wonderful British Shorthair cat plays with such force that countless fishing rod toys have already broken... but not the Feather Dancer! I can only highly recommend it and always keep one in reserve. Brilliant toy.

Great and quick to move!
The feathers weren't in such good condition when we received the package. Despite the visual flaws, the cats love the toy and it's noticeably easier to manoeuvre than toys with long strings.

Unbelievable!
I usually never write comments about anything, but I just had to for this product! We have two cats, one quite lazy and the other playful. It's nothing unusual for the playful one to have her crazy five minutes now and then, but I never thought she'd be THIS wild about this toy! And even the lazy cat gets off her perch and starts moving again! Fantastic! I can't say anything about durability yet, as it's still brand new. A few feathers have already come off, but even if it ends up featherless after a week, the purchase was absolutely worth it! Highly recommended!!!

Is well received and also lifts.
At first, I thought the fishing rod wouldn’t last long, but after 2 weeks, when my cat usually tears everything apart, maybe one feather has come off.
It’s well received too, and since the rod isn’t rigid at the end, you can play with it quite well.

Super-fast movements possible
Both my tomcats are thrilled. They love chewing on the feathers and tugging at them, but the toy has lasted a good four weeks so far, with hardly anything coming loose. It allows for very fast-paced play, which lets my African wildcat go all out and play exuberantly.

Absolutely recommendable
My two cat girls absolutely love this wand – right from the very first moment! This wand is THE BEST! Very well made and withstands even the wildest play sessions. No torn feathers, even when they pounce, bite, or shake it. With the slightest movement, the longer, slender feathers make a rustling sound, like a fluttering bird. That grabs their attention straight away :-))! Another huge advantage is that the end where the feathers are attached is made of a flexible rod, which means there’s no risk of injury to their little snouts when they bite into it, and the feathers swing back beautifully when they bat at them with their paws! This wand is definitely worth every penny, and my two are absolutely energised by it! They run, jump, dart back and forth at lightning speed, grab the feather part while lying on their backs, and are just crazy about this thing!

Torn to shreds within 4 weeks!
I was initially very excited about the wand, especially because my cat absolutely loves it and carries it around everywhere.
Sad fact: The wand started losing feathers from day one, at least one large feather per day. I could still tolerate that. Now for the frustrating part: The day before yesterday, the wand fell apart into two pieces. It didn’t break, though; the wand is made of two parts that are stuck together and glued. Apparently, the glue gave up, even though my little cat only weighs 3kg and isn’t particularly strong. "Oh, great!"
For the price, I expected significantly better quality!!! Honestly, I’m annoyed that I bought this "great" item. The two stars I gave are solely for the immense fun my sweet cat had with it. Now the poor little guy is sitting sadly in front of the broken pieces and still carries them around the flat.

Worth the money!!
Previously, I always bought the cheapest wand toy, but unfortunately, it lost its feathers after just 2 weeks. Now we've had this one for 4 weeks, and only a few of the white feathers have come off so far. She absolutely loves playing with it every day. Really recommend it :)

Sensational
This fishing rod is absolutely brilliant!
Long and flexible pole with great feathers that really hold up. And if you move the rod fast enough, it sounds just like a bird flapping its wings.
My two go wild like nobody's business!

Who would have thought?
My little kitty already has a few fishing rods to play with. But none of them have kept her interested for long.
However, as soon as I unpacked this rod, she went straight for it. She even ignored her sacred food, and I had to sleep with the rod at night just to get some peace. She even plays with the rod on her own, which has never happened with the others.
The only downside: the white feathers don’t last very long. But what can you expect? If they get pulled out during play, there’s not much you can do about it. I’ll just get myself two replacement rods.

A fantastic product that's worth every penny^!
Finally, a cat wand that lasts longer than two days! A great piece, a bit more expensive, but my three cats absolutely love it, and the wand still has all its feathers intact :o)

The most brilliant of all, Angel!!
My tomcat goes absolutely crazy for this, like mad! Once he’s got it, he proudly parades his "prey" around the flat, and if you try to take it away from him, he goes nuts!! :) Brilliant, highly recommend this fishing rod! It really stimulates the cat’s hunting instinct! I have to hide it afterwards, otherwise he’ll dig it out and keep looking for it!
Fantastic toy!!
