Great

My cat loves it, took him a couple of months to figure it out but now he prefers(or even demands!!) to have his dry food through it as it keeps him playing. It would be nice to have extra bits of string as a replacement/spare, as they get dirty and the elastic wears out after a couple months of use.

Annoying

Fiddly parts and no instructions made it frustrating to put together. But once you get it, it’s not that hard. My cat isn’t interested in it.

What treats!

I bought a few toys like this to try and help my cat who is stressed because the aggressive foxes in the garden stop him going out and he is board, and over grooming. The treats don't fall out consistently enough for the cats to be able to work it out. I'm using average size treats, he just keeps digging at the top. Very disappointing, and in this financial difficult time such a waste. I am so fed up of useless products, I've tried calming products with no effect and now this.

Love it !

I have 3 cats, and only one really loves it, but I think is still worthy. He is the most active of the 3 so it keeps him entertained while the other 2 sleep. I really like, is easy to set up and easy for the cats to use.

Hmm

Nice idea and parts fairly solid, the clamp good however not to my cats taste. The hanging toy is not of good quality and my cat didn’t play with it at all. Easy enough to set up and nice idea as I said.

Perfect activation

My cat is incredibly food-obsessed and really needs to be kept busy with food given a little at a time. Otherwise, she just wolfs it down (she was found abandoned). This is perfect, and she gets almost all her meals in it. She figured it out easily, and we've had to replace the elastic and tighten it a couple of times. We're very happy with it.

Well....

Unfortunately, there were no instructions included. However, even just by looking at the pictures, it's easy to figure out where everything goes. The idea is good, but you really have to find treats that fit... because the ball, which the cat is supposed to pull on, has holes, and that actually put both of mine off at first, as their claws kept getting stuck in them. A felt ball would have been much better. Overall, I find it much more amusing than my cats do. Sadly, a bad purchase.

Breaks quickly

It's hard to find treats in the right size. If they're too small, they just fall out on their own. If they're too big, they get stuck and are visible. The elastic cord wore out very quickly.

Lasted 10 minutes

We really don't have any wild or rough cats, but this thing was completely broken and beyond repair after just 10 minutes.

Doesn't work

The idea is good, but in practice it doesn't work. Neither our own group of cats nor the neighbour's two can get any treats out of it.

Never seen such a poor and badly designed product

In just two minutes (2!!!) it was already in 3 pieces on the floor, all the treats fell out after just a couple of tugs on the rope, and the support doesn’t even hold up the toy itself. Save your money!

Good guys

My cat loves it. It just takes him a little while to figure it out. However, he’s already figured out how to quickly just take the lid off. I don’t understand why it doesn’t stay on better when it’s made for animals. He can just flip the lid off.

Good idea

I think the toy is a really good idea, but you need the right treats and (which I’ve done now) a bigger hole, then it works perfectly.
