TIAKI Litter Scoop with Bag Holder

This is a really useful scoop. Makes things so much easier, & less messy. My one issue is that you need to unclip manually as the little press lever doesn’t seem strong enough & I didn’t want to risk breaking it. Other than that it’s very convenient.

Money wasted. This is some kind of misunderstanding.

The holes in the scoop are too big. The wet, clumping litter falls through and "contaminates" the clean litter. The roll of bags that came with it and is supposed to sit in the bottom, so you automatically get a new bag when the used one is removed, doesn't fit – it's too wide and can't turn at all. Big disappointment – waste of money.

It's fine for scooping out faeces and waste from the litter box, but only if it's clearly visible and on top. As soon as you have to start digging, it gets awkward and you risk everything you've collected falling out again.

I fully recommend it, it took a bit of practice but putting the bag in works well if you have a large litter box and you don’t spill what you scooped up during the previous digging.

The holes are too big, the top part moves, and the clean sand goes into the bag. If you want to clean the sand, everything ends up in the bag. I went back to the classic one after a day and this ended up in the bin.

Unfortunately, this product was a complete disappointment for me. I was happy that I wouldn’t have to keep putting the scoop part on and off, since it basically folds up. But thanks to this, the scoop function is totally unsuitable for the job – when scooping, the weight of the pee clumps easily makes it flip open, and whatever was already in it just falls back into the litter. You literally have to hold the latch with your finger to make sure it stays closed. Also, the spot for the bag roll underneath isn’t the right size. The roll gets stuck and jams. It’s just not worth the money.
