Best litter scoop
I breed bsh cats . This by far is up to the job its a work horse . Its gets right to the base of any litter removing from the plastic trays keeping them clean . . im just ordering 4 more . very impressed .

Large capacity
Excellent sturdy scoop, perfect for multi cat households as it has a large collection scoop and is very solid.
Much better than the flimsy plastic ones.

It has a design flaw and broke easily
Broke after 2 weeks of light use. Cannot understand why it was designed so poorly where the handle attaches to the scoop... maybe they used paper glue? Appalling.

Lasted 1 Month and Broke!
Seemed great, but hand came off the scoop as it was only lightly spot welded on!

Thought it was a game changer but the connector wasn’t strong enough and the scoop broke off from the handle in the first three weeks. Got a higher quality, all in one mould, metal scoop. Will never go back to plastic.

The spatula is great

Best shovel
I've never had any problems at all with this scoop. I've had one for about 10 years, and got another one last year. It's far superior to a plastic scoop because you don't have to use as much force to get clay that's stuck to the bottom of the tray. It also doesn't break as easily as a plastic scoop, and the size is much better compared to other metal scoops that can barely hold anything. The only downside I can think of is that it might scratch the bottom of the litter tray more than a plastic scoop would.

such a shame..
We bought the scoop hoping it would be especially sturdy because of the material – for particularly stubborn clumping litter residues. However, the scoop broke completely during the very first use on an ordinary little clump. The handle is attached to the scoop so poorly... The two tiny weld spots connecting the scoop and the handle are, unfortunately, more of a really bad joke than a sign of stability.

Barely lasts 2 weeks
I was honestly really happy to have found a shovel that seemed sturdy, and the metal makes it super easy to clean. No digging in like with the plastic shovels. Unfortunately, it only lasted two weeks. The joint between the handle and the shovel is just welded with a small plate, which bends easily and eventually just broke off. So the shovel and €9 went straight in the bin, because there’s no way to fix it.

The shovel part comes off
The cats pee on the bottom of the litter box, so I bought this to be able to scrape the pee off the bottom, since the plastic ones couldn't handle it and always broke. However, this one broke after just a couple of weeks, with the scoop part coming off the handle. The plastic ones, on the other hand, lasted for months before cracking.

One star too many
The third scoop broke apart at the welds on the second day. Unfortunately, I have no way to drill holes in the scoop, otherwise I would have riveted it and it would have been great – then it would be a fantastic scoop. As it is, though, it's just overpriced rubbish from Trixie.

Scrapes poorly, sharp and too big
