I bought replacement tray and litter and was convinced that this was a 3-pack (which, at £27, I still thought was expensive). Imagine my surprise when I open a package… That sort of money for 2kg of litter and a piece of cardboard is insane.

No hood when the description claimed it would come with one

Doesn't pick up the waste properly, I've tried all types of litter, small and large grains, it's really not great and it gets stuck regularly.
