Super Benek Compact Lavender Cat Litter

Having moved from Tigerino which is just awful now - this particular compact line is almost dust free clumps excellent - best litter I have used - I am a breeder of 26 years and tried them all - highly recommend this one for kittens - the "Standard" line is the best of them all for adult cats and older kittens- Its been many months trialing different brands after the let down by tigerino - I am glad I have found a near perfect litter. As with all cat litter scoop daily it doesnt stick then!

This definitely helps with odour. However when it is peed on rather than clumping it sets into a large hard lump. I actually broke a litter scoop when cleaning it.

Great litter, it has a nice scent and is easy to clean up. The cat is happy.

I've ordered many times, but the last batch was a disaster. The litter doesn't clump at all and stays wet like clay for ages.

I can't give zero stars because it's not allowed... But honestly, it's terrible... It doesn't last at all and my cats leave stains all over the house... It looks like lime... Totally disappointed.

I bought this cat litter for 6 years. The quality has dropped. After the last purchase, we've been having problems with our kitty. She goes in and out of the litter box like she's been burned, several times. She's nervous. The litter doesn't smell, it's not like it used to be.

Recently, I bought a 25-litre bag. The litter doesn't clump like it used to. It doesn't absorb odours, the litter box smells bad. I've been buying the same litter for years, although previously in 10-litre packs.

For some time now, Benek cat litter has been terrible. I don't know what the manufacturer changed, but I don't recommend it. It doesn't clump and it smells bad.

Good cat litter

I really like this cat litter for its absorbency and good quality. The only downside is that it creates quite a bit of dust, but absorbency matters more to me, so I've been buying it for years and don't plan on changing that.

The sand absorbs odours well, clumps decently, and so far is holding up nicely with three cats. My usual complaint with bentonite is that it gets tracked around the flat on the cats’ paws and sticks quite a lot to the scoop when I clean out the urine clumps.

I recommend it. It's the best cat litter I've tried. I've been buying it for several years now – I wouldn't switch to any other.

This litter is a complete disaster, the previous one was so much better – it was thicker and clumped nicely. Now what we have is just rubbish... tiny clumps that are useless, the cat drags everything out when leaving the litter box. I don’t recommend Benek anymore... not at all.

The litter is very fine, perfect for my cat’s paws, and has a lovely lavender scent. It clumps well, which makes it easy to clean. I recommend it ☺️

Works well in the litter box.

My cat is 10 years old and has been using this litter from the very beginning. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that for some time now (about 8 months), the quality of the litter has drastically gone downhill. It hardly clumps anymore, which makes it really hard to clean the litter tray properly. The clumps with urine just fall apart and the small dirty bits mix in with the clean litter. I thought maybe I was being a bit harsh in my judgement, but other comments have confirmed my suspicions. I’ll have to look for a different lavender litter now.
