Product is good and affordable but delivery can be a mess with this item, more than once the bag has been ripped open and I end up having to clean everything up. I recommend ordering 2 packs and keep your fingers crossed.

I don’t know what everybody is complaining about, but I haven’t had the experience of it becoming gooey cement. But what I have noticed with this, is that you need to scrape it firmly from the bottom with the scooper turned around flat- this way it comes away in clean clumps. Since it has to be kept in the bathroom, the soap smell is subtle but nice. I don’t fill it too high, an inch so is fine. With all cat litters I always use a bit of baking soda too.

Unfortunately the litter bag is made of thick paper which had ripped in the box. The litter clumps a bit but doesn't bond well and crumbles when scooped. The smell is quite nice if you like a fresh soap smell and it disguises the cat smell.

Well due to the rising costs I have no choice but to use it, however that is the worst cat litter I have ever came across. Lumps are extremely sticky and very hard to remove from the litter tray. If you somehow manage to drop them on the carpet, good luck picking it all up, worse than slime. The smell is awful, bins need removal every single day as it is unbearable.

received in a falling to bits box with only two bags undamaged. The third was split open and leaking cat litter everywhere. Having salvaged what I could from the remains of the box and my carpet into an empty bag in my recycling bin I'm left with about three quarters of the original amount. The rest is probably all over the DPD van's floor. Having no transport and no local place to buy decent cat litter I rely on delivery which up to now has been excellent.

On reading other reviews ive got to say I haven't had any problems at all with clumping yes it does track a little but not too bad it's smell isn't too bad either I've tried other clumping litter with very good reviews and they were s##t but all my 4 cats use this quite happily

Not a single good thing about this litter. Gets smelly in a few days. Clumps get break easily. Clumps get mushy and sticks to every surface

What happened to this? I have been using this litter for ages but over the last times it’s been terrible. Like cement and clumping is wet and sticky to the litter box.

When I first bought Sanicat Marseille soap i could literally smell the scent, and it was amazing in regards to clumping also it lasted for a while and stayed fresh for days . Unfortunately the last purchase left me very confused to whether I bought the same litter. This time it was very messy didn't smell of anything and the texture was grey and felt like cement. I am switching to Sanicat pure white now .

This litter was very good when I first discovered it but recently noticed it does not clump very well and the particles are smaller/lighter hence all around the house and also gets stuck in my cats fur and irritates their skin!

This product has deteriorated in quality. It is poor at clumping, and dreadful for tracking litter granules all around the house, and in my cat's paws.

Used this a while thought I’d found a decent cat litter for a decent price. Used it fine, but the formula must have been changed. It does not clump at all. It’s like cement and does not soak up the smell when it’s like that! You need to change it all. Not economical and it’s time consuming. I’m changing cat litter I would not recommend this litter now.

I buy this in repeat and it was very good. Clumped and had a fresh smell. The last two bags I’ve got are awful. It does not clump, goes gooey like cement! It also smells which it has never before. I think I’ll have to change litter. This is disappointing as I thought I’d found a decent clumping litter with a fresh smell for a decent price. Some of the “fresher” litters are priced at ridiculous amounts.

Used for years happily and the last 2 bags I bought don’t clump, go soggy and no odour control. A shame as this was my best option for my cats’ litter robot and still haven’t found a litter that worked as well as sanicat used to

although i prefer unscented litter the cat didn't mind this. Plus it smelled a lot better than i expected. Cat seems to like it. bags are not so big you can't lift them. Paper bags so can recycle.

Not strong clumping action. When I go to scoop the clumps out they just crumble.

Used to be really good, they changed it recently and now it’s rubbish. Barely clumping and therefore it’s a mess to clean. I don’t recommend
