This item couldn’t be pulled out until the little buckle down came off and I lost all my money for these things, am crying foul right now. I should have bought something using the money I have lost here. My cats are still scratching and I have to find some other ways to help them. I am telling everyone to not buy this thing at all it’s a loss of money. I NEED MY MONEY BACK

The buckle on the collar is poorly designed and doesn’t allow to put on, adjust or take off the collar easily, My cat ended up with one paw under her collar, panicked and wouldn’t let me take her collar off. It was a struggle, luckily I was home and nothing bad happened, I don’t recommend this product.
