Installation is basically the same as with other flaps. However, it’s possible that the two tunnel elements don’t match the thickness of your door (for me, one was too little, two were too much). The rotary lock is almost impossible for cats to adjust (unlike the sliding locks on other flaps). But cats can grab the seal with their claws and open the door if it’s only locked in one direction. If the door is used gently, it tends to stay slightly open.
