I bought it because I was looking for something more comfortable than rigid carriers to take my cats to the vet. It is definitely less tiring to carry them in a backpack on your back, so that's better, but the base of the backpack tilts when you wear it, and the cat ends up sliding down like in a sack. It's also not easy to get cats in if they don't want to go; you need someone else to help you. I would also add a mesh at the top so the cat can see a bit upwards.

The pictures are misleading. The backpack is way too soft and collapses. The top part is much narrower than shown in the photos; my cat weighs 3.5 kg and would never be able to sit upright in it. The pictures also show a window rolled down – I thought it was mesh fabric, but no, it's black nylon. So when the cat sits up, it can't look out. I'm not even going to try introducing this to my cat, it's going back.

Not enough space and too little visibility for the cat.

You can't wear this backpack on your back at all!! It digs into your back.

It's a shame, I really liked the idea based on the pictures. However, there seems to be some kind of manufacturing defect, so that the rucksack can be squashed down to about 20cm in height (internal measurement), which means the dog gets squashed and can't move anymore.

A very high-quality and practical backpack.

Easy to carry, zips work well and the airflow is good. Unfortunately, the material isn’t very durable—after just two trips to the vet, our Leo managed to bite through it quite easily and tore a big hole in the mesh, so it ended up in the bin pretty quickly.

A good backpack for a small (!) cat. Handy side pockets for a water bottle or a leash. The only thing that could be improved is a sturdier back panel, so the backpack doesn’t fold.

Only suitable for kittens, not for a normal adult cat.
