Our female dog used to practically inhale her food and then check in with our old male dog to see if he’d give her anything. The male dog had to be protected from the eating monster, and her digestion wasn’t optimal either. Ever since she has to work for her wet food using the Slow Feed feeding mat, the male dog finishes long before her, and her digestion is now very satisfactory. The mat is very sturdy, scratch-resistant, and dishwasher-safe.

Not sure if i should be giving this one star or 5 stars! The cons: Its huge! Its difficult to clean. The dry food gets stuck everywhere as they have 'over engineered' this. It could be much simpler, but the dry food gets stuck in all the smaller spaces. The PROS: Its works!!!! My cat vomits his morning meal every morning without fail. He has not vomited once since getting this bowl. This morning, i used a normal bowl and he vomited up his food.

My Romanian dog eats faster than you can blink. With this mat, she finally has to take her time, and it holds enough food, unlike other mats. I'm thrilled!
