The device works very well together with the app. You can keep a good eye on the feedings and any potential issues, and you can even trigger them from your phone if needed. Setting it up took 5 minutes, during which I followed the advice to operate both the feeder and the smartphone on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The only downside: the device only works with kibble up to a maximum size of 9 mm, which excludes some types of food.

Setting up according to the instructions and assembly worked quickly. The cat quickly figured out when food is delivered. There are no issues with our dry food. The accessories are very easy to clean.

The feeder can be connected to the Wi-Fi quite easily after reading up a bit. Once that's done, it’s simple to operate via the app. It’s great that you can create feeding schedules and adjust the portion sizes. These can be customised individually. This way, you can run errands or go shopping after work without feeling guilty. Cleaning is straightforward and hassle-free. The price was absolutely worth it for us.

Once you’ve got it set up in the app, the feeder is brilliant and does exactly what it’s supposed to. You can adjust portion sizes and feeding times, connect multiple devices to the app, share access with others, and manually dispense food using the nose button. Includes a food level warning. Cats happy!!! ❤😻 Regarding the connection issue: Our router was broadcasting both 2.4 and 5 GHz. However, we had to completely disable the 5 GHz Wi-Fi to establish a connection.

Very easy to use, you can set the amount per portion. The bowl is made of stainless steel. Very practical overall.

First off, of course the price is steep, but for me, the purchase was definitely worth it. The setup and app control are intuitive, and my two little monsters are already conditioned to the sound (you can choose to turn the beep on or off during dispensing). They regularly race each other to see who gets to go first :) You can also (de)activate manual dispensing to encourage or prevent them from eventually pressing the button on their own. :D

This could have been a good device, but one of the rubber parts tore quickly, which makes the dispensing unpredictable because it bunches up and blocks the outlet. I asked for support, but the answer was that it's no longer under warranty and, in any case, there are no spare parts available. So, you buy a device for over 100 euros and less than 18 months later, you end up throwing it in the bin. There you go!

In my experience, it works well, you can set the schedule and the food is served on time. The problem is that it jams quite often, especially if the kibble is larger. They recommend kibble smaller than 9mm, but even with 8mm, it happens a lot. If you're away travelling, your pets can end up without food.

The product looks good, but unfortunately, when put to the test, it’s really unusable if you need controlled feeding. I ran some tests with the same type of kibble: one time it dispensed 4g, another time 5g, then 8g, then 6g. I went for a competing product which, although just as inaccurate in dispensing, has a scale that tells me how many kibbles were given out while I was away, so I can make up for it with the other meals.

After two years it has stopped being able to dispense, the food just gets stuck in the dispenser and it no longer spins. Not reliable after two years of use.

Super device. Very nice and stylish. You can schedule feedings for the whole week, plus always add more if needed. Works great with the phone app. The cats come running at the sound of the kibble dropping. Highly recommend!
