Since the machine has no cooling system, wet food becomes inedible for the cat within just a few hours. As I specifically bought the device because it was advertised as suitable for wet food, this was very frustrating. I also find it poor that the USB port is awkwardly positioned at the bottom on the side, making it very impractical to plug back in after each refill. Not recommended.

Easy to use. Lots of compartments with plenty of space for food. Our cat is always hungry and a little burglar, but even after 4 months, he still hasn’t managed to crack this feeder... It’s also easy to clean. We’re completely satisfied.

My cats used to wake me up at 5 a.m. every morning because they were hungry. That’s changed now thanks to the automatic feeder. Great quality, easy to use.

Setup and cleaning were easy, and I think the power cable supply is brilliant. Right from the first test, both of mine went straight for it... Filling the first compartment with their favourite treats certainly helped ;) The sound of the rotation didn’t even bother my shy furry friend, even when she was standing right in front of it. So far, everything’s great.

I am very pleased with this automatic feeder. It is very easy to clean, the feeding bowls are sufficiently large, and setting the time is very straightforward. What I particularly like is that I only have to set the time once, and the feeder remembers it. Additionally, it’s convenient that it works both with batteries and via a cable. My cat accepted it by the second day. I would buy it again without hesitation.

A bowl that could have been really practical. But having 5 adjustable times for 6 compartments just makes everything confusing. In fact, despite several attempts, the numbered compartment never matches the programmed time. There’s always a mismatch, even when taking the '0' compartment without a set time into account. Very complicated for meals with medication that need to be taken at more or less regular times...

Totally unsuitable for wet food. Everything goes bad. Programming is really easy and the compartments open at the set times. Since we're going on holiday and the cat sitter shouldn't have to come up so often, I bought this device. Unfortunately, it's completely pointless.

The feeder is really nice and practical, easy to program and clean, and my cat quickly picked up on the sound of the trays switching. Unfortunately, the feeder breaks down quite quickly. The tray-moving mechanism or electronics just fail on their own. Sometimes it works, then it won’t move at all or only partially. The first time this happened, it was still under warranty and I got a new one – which was fine, but after a while, that one broke in exactly the same way. I bought a third one – same story, but this time just after the warranty expired.
