Not tamper-proof
Good app, solid impression and generally good quality. However, both vending machines we purchased were broken into and completely emptied within just a few hours on the first day of our absence. Definitely NOT break-in proof against clever cats!

Super easy to use
Super feeder! The food stays fresh thanks to the cooling packs. The design is really nice too. It's also super easy to operate with the app.

Almost perfect
There are three machines in use here. They were easy to connect with the app and can also be controlled well remotely. Feeding has always worked successfully so far, as long as the feeding tray is properly seated. This can sometimes be a bit tricky because the cooling packs tend to swell slightly in the freezer.
The device is solidly built; no cat has managed to break into it so far. However, for the price, I would have preferred a feeding tray made of metal – I find plastic unhygienic in the long run.

Didn't last a year
The display broke down really quickly (in less than a year). At first, it was really stiff and it was hard to set the time. Then it stopped working altogether. For this price, that's very fast wear and tear.

Unfortunately not usable
The clock is off by 15 to 30 minutes every day. Unfortunately, zooplus refuses to exchange the device because it has already been unpacked and used. Not recommended—it's only getting one star because it looks nice.

Practical helper for nights and when you're away
The automatic feeder serves its purpose very well for our needs. We mainly use it at night and when we're away, which makes everyday life much easier. The app is especially handy, as it allows you to adjust feeding times on the go without any trouble.
The initial beeping is noticeable, but after a while you hardly notice it, even at night.
All in all, it's a practical and reliable device that we're happy to keep using.

Sounds like something's off
Solid build quality, at least that. The annoying beeping can only be changed in the app, but you’d have to reset the WiFi for that. The time shifts by 15 minutes every day and then has to be reset with a lot of beeping. The instruction manual is confusing, and even for us, the lid is nearly impossible to open. Disappointing.

Solid but with Minor Flaws
The Futterufo makes a solid impression and will probably withstand the cat’s attempts to break in, since it’s not easy to open even for people with slim fingers. The confusing user manual refers you to a QR code, which I find quite annoying. What really bothers me is the device’s persistent beeping. Apparently, you can turn it off in the app, but you’d have to change your router settings, and there’s no off button. Basically, it’s a solid device, but I’m deducting points because of the constant beeping.

Useless for trips of several days
I bought this product so my cat could have wet food in the morning and evening. Despite the cooling packs, after two days there was mould. Apart from that, the product is good and works well, but it's really only meant to be used over 24 hours, so in my case it's not useful.

Avoid if you have a curious cat!
Poor quality and ridiculous design. The touchscreen makes a "beep" every time you touch it, and there’s no way to turn it off. My cat, attracted by the noise, played with it for hours, so I had to find a way to cover the screen. Even worse, it’s not sturdy at all: my cat managed to force it open very quickly to steal the food. An expensive, noisy product that’s not secure at all. Avoid it—it’s definitely not “Smart”.
