Trixie ceramic bowl flat and wide

My two cats usually eat dry food at the same time, and with just one bowl there’s not enough room for two heads at once ;) – so I used a plate from the cupboard, but it tips over when the cats put a bit of weight on it & dry food ends up on the floor. This lovely plate is big, heavy and flat underneath, and we’ve been using it for a few months now and are really happy with it – both cats still often eat together and there’s plenty of space for them.

Size is great, but the material is a flop in the long run. The plate chips at the edge so quickly, and this was already the second one... Really, really annoying. (My cat played with a plastic ball near it, now half the rim is gone and the plate is ready for the bin.)

The bowl has a perfect size and shape. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. But when washing it, you have to handle it with kid gloves—the paint and ceramic chip off very quickly. I bought two of them and the edges chipped all around in what felt like just two months. I’m looking for similar dishes now.
