These are such poor quality of ceramics they chip very easily even after being very gentle washing up. Shards of the rim have flaked off and a sharp shard flake on the rim is a potential hazard if it breaks off into the cat’s food and is swallowed. This could be like swallowing a razor for a cat- potentially lethal if not thousands of pounds of vet bills. I will attempt to get a refund.

My cats like them because they are shallow bowls, they also seem to be quite tough, less breakable so worth the extra money.And they’re cute
