At first, my cat was really happy with the fountain, she loved drinking from it and it’s quiet. But unfortunately, even though I cleaned it inside, the wire that the electricity runs through started getting strange orange stains. After that, my cat didn’t want anything to do with it anymore. The fountain also started leaking water. It only lasted a few months.

Super cute looking! Fits well with the decor. My senior cat is clearly drinking more water now. Before, we just had a regular water bowl and it didn’t seem to interest the cat much. It also doesn’t make any annoying noise and I think cleaning it is easy. I would have preferred a ceramic model myself, but we got this plastic one as a gift from a friend. On the other hand, since the fountain is cleaned regularly and the water doesn’t get warm, maybe plastic is actually an okay material for this purpose.

After some initial scepticism, our two British Shorthairs started using the fountain after about three weeks, and now both of them drink from it regularly. You just need a bit of patience. The fountain itself isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly adequate for our two sweeties. Cleaning is very easy and so far everything is working great. It’s very quiet and the pump has been working perfectly up to now. For a small flat like ours, this fountain is perfect because it doesn’t take up much space.

It’s really beautiful and bright, perfect for seeing their noses and whiskers at night. It lights up when it’s low on water and is very quiet. My cats love it—even my old British shorthair who refused to drink from other fountains. I recommend it 200%! I clean the filter from time to time and it works perfectly.
