Catit Flower Drinking Fountain Stainless Steel

Instructions are confusing, set up is finnicky and weird, takes a huge amount of water, and then it doesn't get that much pressure so it is just a couple of trickling streams. Cats used a little bit but then stopped, even after I cleaned it. Surely, it must get better than this.

It's is extremely noisy and somehow ran out of water just after it was refilled. That broke the pump overnight and Zooplus don't sell the replacement pumps. So, I had to buy it off the Catit website and had to pay half the cost of buying it again, when postage was included.The parts the cat drink off are plastic. So, perhaps thinking you are buying a metal one isn't accurate. As many people mention, it has no plug. But it fits a phone charge plug, so .most people would have a spare at home.

Came with an EU USB A plug instead of UK plug, which is a little annoying considering the price. However, I like its simple design and our two cats like too. Rarely drink water from their old bowls now. It's very quiet unless the water level is running low. The filter seems easy to replace. I have had ones in the pst that use multiple filters. This use one single one. It's seems they should be easy to acquire too.

This is the worst cat drinking fountain I've ever bought. It's so annoyingly loud that it puts my cat (and me) off and he'll drink from the sink instead, so I don't think he's getting enough to drink, which was the purpose of buying this. It also doesn't produce a lot of water, not matter how hard I push the tap down into it. Awful product and I won't be buying from them again.

My cat used to love drinking from the bath or sink and was over the moon when i presented her with this. The water flows quietly and stays nice and fresh. I change the water every day but I’m sure it would be filtered efficiently if left for a few days as the construction and filter of the unit seem like good quality. I can highly recommend this item ⭐️

Old complete plastic version PROS: Lasted 7/8 years / Silent / Limescale appeared 4/5 years after use / 3 pin plug. CONS: Limescale on top flat surround, unable to shift. New stainless steel version PROS: Looks smart / pump flow settings CONS: Stainless steel top flat surface surround finish coming off/fading with small white marks appearing not so smart looking now, still smooth to touch. NOT limescale / 2 Pin plug / Noisy water flow / Only 3 months old. Overall cats love it :)

Good product and does what it needs to but it comes with a European plug, not a UK one. Luckily, the wire ends in a USB head so I could just buy a UK plug head, but it was still annoying and made it cost more overall. The instructions in the box are also pretty poor so if you haven’t had this sort of product before, you’ll have to look up a lot about set up and maintenance.

Nice product but you don’t get a UK adaptor with it mine came with a Europe 2 pin plug

This is the water fountain I really wanted for my Ragdoll he loves it! It is a lot bigger than my original catit water fountain (plastic) The reason I did not give 5* review is because the fountain came with a US plug adapter- which is not helpful, also the length of the cable is not long enough for where we put the cat fountain.

Basically perfect. Cats love drinking from it. Filter and pump are good too. But: it's very loud and annoying. The water drips down really noisily. Not recommended for living rooms or similar spaces.

I've had this fountain for a long time and ever since the new filter system, it's been a nightmare – it overflows, barely fills from the top... I'm thinking of switching brands because it's honestly getting really annoying to find water everywhere!

Otherwise good and works well, but it's noisy. Even keeps me up at night, so only 1 star. Going back to the old plastic version 👍

It's very difficult to clean because it has lots of small spaces and they get covered in a disgusting green slime. I recommend a 100% stainless steel fountain, with fewer parts, which can be washed more easily and in the dishwasher. This one has loads of pieces and each piece needs to be washed, and it's really, really hard.

Very loud! You can constantly hear the water splashing. Every moment spent near this device is torture.

So far, it's fantastic – really easy to clean, and the fur (long-haired cats) doesn't get into the motor. I'm genuinely satisfied.

It worked well at first, but broke down very quickly. Didn’t even have it for a year before it stopped pumping.

My cats really liked the fountain and immediately switched from a regular bowl to it. Unfortunately, the water pump broke after just 5 months.
