I've had a couple of water fountain and this is by far my favourite. Pump is so quiet (compared to others). The bottom takes a high volume of water. My favourite feature is that due to the large bottom teir, even if we had a power cut, my cat would still have access to water (which is a worry with some other fountain types). Nice long electrical chord too. A little bit of a fiddle to clean, but we have 2 of these now (one being cleaned/drying and one in use) Would definitely recommend.

I was getting desperate because my plush wouldn’t drink any water, so I had to sneak some spoonfuls into his wet food, which he wasn’t happy about either. Then I seen this fountain on offer, and decided to give it a try. To my disappointment the pump was broken when it arrived, but Zooplus exchanged it without any issues. Can’t be happier ever since - he drinks from it few times a day! I highly recommend for all fussy drinkers - it achieved miracle!

My 18+ year-old cat adores her new fountain. She is now drinking much more than she used to. She also spends time watching it and circling around it; she's lost interest in most toys, but she loves her fountain. We'd bought her a fountain years ago which she didn't like, but it was much louder than this. I'm really pleased I decided to try this one. Great value!

You have to check the 3rd photo where they explain (in English, no less) that the filters you’ll receive aren’t necessarily the blue ones you think you’re ordering, but another model (the white ones) which are just a piece of foam (with a lot less charcoal, by the way). According to customer service, who I contacted today, they only send the white ones now and apparently it was up to me to check the text on the 3rd photo... But the price is still the same as for the blue ones!!!

I ordered Cat Mate filters and to my great surprise, I received generic Closer Pets filters without being notified. I find this practice dishonest, especially since my cat refuses to drink since I replaced the filter. Probably a taste only my cat could explain. I think I’ll have to throw them away. So I’ll probably order other filters. If it turns out I get the same ones again without being told, I’ll close my account for good.

Very expensive and not very effective, the water gets dirty quickly.
