Horrible. It may look good but have cut myself on the sharp wicker. Too many unfinished ends sticking out which are really sharp. Therefore, not a safe product for my cat. I don't want her hurt. Have kept it because of the hassle of returning it. Would love a refund.

When I first saw it, I thought the colour was beautiful. Advantages: The colour is nice and bright, and although it started to smell, the odour disappeared after two or three days. Disadvantages: The quality of the basket cave is very poor, and it’s not woven cohesively. Inside, there are many protruding willow strips, and both cats tried to chew on these sticking-out parts. Over the course of the week, many of the willow rods broke off.

The handle is not stable and can't support any weight.

I am getting two new ragdoll kittens just before Christmas and I was really looking forward to their bed arriving. First of all there are bits of sharp wicker sticking up from the base and the sides which would definitely hurt my baby kittens or any animal that was in the carrier. Secondly the cushion is really thin and it doesnt fit properly with a gap going all the way round, so it doesn't touch the sides inside and isn't snug at all. Thirdly the handle on the top is completely wonky and not central

The basket is really lovely, and my cat loves lying in it. I’ve added a little blanket inside as well.

My tomcat fell in love with the Aumüller basket cave from the very first minute, snuggling into it straight away. On the first day, he even spent almost the entire afternoon in the cave. I didn’t have a transport box for my cat and didn’t want a plastic box that’s either too small or doesn’t look nice. I wanted a box where he feels comfortable and can be taken to the vet without any issues – and it worked perfectly. So, he’s got a two-in-one box. And the price is unbeatable.
