Horrible. It may look good but have cut myself on the sharp wicker. Too many unfinished ends sticking out which are really sharp. Therefore, not a safe product for my cat. I don't want her hurt. Have kept it because of the hassle of returning it. Would love a refund.

Gorgeous basket, when we take our cat to the vets we always get asked where we got it from. Love it!

Very disappointed!
I am getting two new ragdoll kittens just before Christmas and I was really looking forward to their bed arriving.
First of all there are bits of sharp wicker sticking up from the base and the sides which would definitely hurt my baby kittens or any animal that was in the carrier.
Secondly the cushion is really thin and it doesnt fit properly with a gap going all the way round, so it doesn't touch the sides inside and isn't snug at all.
Thirdly the handle on the top is completely wonky and not central
