I received this food as a free trial from 'Home Tester' as soon as I put it down our cat was eager to eat it, (our cat has tummy problems but hasn't had any problems with this at all). Hills is a reputable name who care about getting things right for cats and dogs. The food is a bit sloppy, I know it's 'stew' but I expected it to be more solid than it is. I will say our other cat won't touch it but she's a lot younger and doesn't have tummy issues

Unfortunately, my cat did not eat the wet or dry food of this. It looks good to me and I thought it would help with their issues, but they won’t touch it.

Amazing quality My cat is in love with this pate and her bowl is empty. She cent wait when i am opening the can. The ingredients are great and it doesnt smell in the whole house after serving z we will Be definitely buying again

My cats just wouldn’t t eat this. Sad as Hills has a great reputation for providing good animal food. Packaging look good but sadly not for us. I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

I had high hopes for the stew! As far as I could tell it looked appealing (to human eyes) but sadly neither of my 7 month old Ragdolls would eat it. I tried mixing it with other food to begin and they just ate around it. They are such fussy girls! I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

My cat cannot stomach any else without vomiting or diarrhea. Our vet advised a single protien diet and said to try this and our cat eats it and have improved and back to full health. only downside is its a little pricey.

This worked straight away for my 16 year old girl who’s had diarrhoea on and off for a very long time. She lived it at first, but then got bored. However I mix it in with other wet food and although her stools are not perfect they are still much better than they were.

It worked for my cat. Literally over night the diarrhea was gone but she doesn't like the taste at all and she stopped eating it! Would be nice if they had fish selection.

My muggy girl is vomiting straight after eating, my NFC male cat vomited and had diarrhea... My neighbour feral/ outdoor only wouldn't even touch it and she is like a hoover for everything but not this...

I bought this along with the RC Gastrointestinal food for my senior teacup Persian who was struggling with loose stools. For the first few days her stools became firmer and then the diahorrea returned - I don’t know who these gastro foods work on but it’s not any cat I know. In the end I put her on a novel protein diet which is what I would recommend over these gastro diet foods and I would start with pork.

Our 13-year-old cat had been struggling for some time with bloating, vomiting, and diarrhoea. As a result, he kept losing more and more weight. Veterinary examinations didn’t reveal anything. After just one tin of this food, his bowel movements improved, and he’s no longer vomiting. He’s now been eating it for 14 days. I’m so grateful that this food exists and can only recommend it to anyone who has a cat with digestive issues.

My tomcat has a gastrointestinal problem, we've tried everything and nothing helped. Then my vet recommended the Biome food to me and, lo and behold, it works! Ever since he started eating this food, he hasn't had diarrhoea and no longer vomits. Brilliant food – it's very expensive, but worth the money. A vet is more expensive.

The majority of my cats wouldn't even try this food and of the two that did, one was sick afterwards.

My "Principessa", 17 years old, unfortunately has a pancreas problem; frequent vomiting and only white foam. Since I started giving her this wet food from "Hills", there's been an improvement. I can wholeheartedly recommend it! TOP!

My tomcat has issues with his pancreas and has been struggling with diarrhoea since then. My vet recommended this food to me, and since then, no more diarrhoea. I can only recommend this food.

My tomcat was constantly having diarrhoea and was also vomiting. Ever since he started eating this food, he’s been doing really well. He no longer has diarrhoea and doesn’t vomit anymore either. He’s active again, playing and running around the flat. I’ll stick with this food, even though it’s very expensive, but it’s worth it – my tomcat is doing great.

A really great food that immediately helped our two tomcats. Previously, one of them always had a bit of blood in his stool because his intestines were irritated. Both tolerate it very well. The smell is also very pleasant; when you open the tin, it doesn’t stink like others do.

My Bengal has been suffering from chronic diarrhoea for a long time. Vet bills have already reached the high four-figure range. Regardless of the medical history (just wanted to point out that this isn’t everyday diarrhoea...): This food, specifically Hills Biome, is so far the only one that firms up the stool and seems to be reasonably well absorbed. The dry food is excellent! Unfortunately, she throws up the wet food... Nevertheless, we’re happy with this product range and recommend it.
