They like the brand; the ragout is of very good quality and has a good ratio of meat chunks to sauce—real pieces of meat.

I've been buying this for a long time because my cat really likes it, but I can confirm that the food has changed recently and is much more liquid now (for my cat that's not a bad thing, as she likes to drink the broth). However, I recommend paying attention to what's inside the tin, because we found some sharp pieces of shell in one of them.

Unfortunately, all the cans are dented.

My cat absolutely loves it, especially the kangaroo one, and he enjoys licking all the sauce off before eating the meat chunks. However, compared to regular wet food, one can only lasts for 3 meals instead of 4, even though the weight is the same.

I'm transitioning my cats to this food—it'll take a bit of time. My cats love soups, so the high liquid content here is great. You can really see that real apples and real meat are used. Very nice.

I don’t know where the recent bad comments are coming from. The contents of the can look like a homemade stew and smell nice, and my kitty loves it, especially the sauce. There are big chunks of meat floating inside.

A few pieces of meat floating in water – is this supposed to be ragout for that price? All 6 cans in the pack were like this. I have to return it at my own expense (I have to open another can and take photos to prove it’s a bad product). I’ve been buying this food for years and it was always fine. Now I don’t trust it anymore. What a joke. Too much hassle + ignoring the customer. I’m going to look for food for my cat somewhere else.
