My cat, 13 years old, used to absolutely love Animonda vom Feinsten. Now she has to eat Animonda Senior! At first, she was still hungry after 100g!! But now she’s okay with it. I prefer the 85g trays because my cat only accepts freshly opened trays. Why not make them 85g from the start!

Both my cats really enjoy it. Whether it's pâté, with sauce, or in jelly.

Around September last year my siamese cat became seriously ill at 13yrs. She could no longer keep any food down. The vet bill came to £1000 to be told she's old and her body is shutting down. After weeks of research, this wet food was the only one that had a high enough fat and protein content without all the other awful stuff. Fast forward 6 months and Lily has gone from a cat who couldn't even clean herself to a bright eyed girl again. She's wolfing the food and digesting it. I couldn't be happier

My tomcat (almost 17 years old) has a pancreatic condition and therefore issues with most types of food, but he tolerates this food exceptionally well and still loves eating it even after years; there’s never anything left!!!! We are absolutely thrilled with "Animonda Senior" and can definitely recommend it – very gentle on the stomach and sooooooooooooooooooo tasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought so many of the senior lamb but both cats refused to touch it yet they like most the other flavours shame

Animonda vom Feinsten is the only food my picky Persian lady will eat. Normally, she's more of a sauce and jelly licker, and I end up throwing away a lot of the meat. She just won't touch it. But Animonda vom Feinsten seems to suit her taste, even without sauce ;-)

Even when opening it, it smells strange, and it doesn’t look particularly appetising either. Our cat completely refuses to eat it, had to give the rest away. No chance.

Its great to see companies making great cat food with quality ingredients. My 12 year old bengal really loves the senior lamb. Its easy for her to eat,’doesn’t upset her stomach and is clearly her favourite.

Whatever the manufacturer added for oldies, I'm surprised – my 11.5-year-old cat likes it. For us, this is food trial number 45. I hope it's "high-quality"; in any case, they avoided adding Zu. I'm very satisfied.

Preservative-free, no sugar or grains, high meat content – I’m really impressed with the quality. I want to switch my cat to higher-quality food after 8 years of "bad supermarket food." However, since this doesn’t contain any attractants, sugar, or all that rubbish, my cat isn’t convinced yet and eats it very reluctantly.

Our senior (16 years old) loves this food. Especially the chicken variety is eaten with great enthusiasm, leaving nothing behind. So far, I’ve always been satisfied with the quality and haven’t found any large pieces of cartilage or anything like that in the food.

Smelled like rubbish, looked like rubbish, was crumbly in texture and stank. I didn’t feed it to my pet. For me, Animonda did not live up to its quality promise.

My cat is fussy, but she devours this food in no time. I ordered it again straight away. I want my cat to be happy and healthy.

After trying many high-quality products, I ended up going back to Animonda Senior, as it's the only variety he truly enjoys eating. The only downside: no taurine! Which is especially important for older cats.

This food looks good enough for humans to eat. My cats love all three flavours and can't wait for their servings. The cats look healthier than ever and i think it is doing them a lot of good. Good ingredients.

Received our new order yesterday. The lamb flavour was immediately sampled by our little tomcat and deemed very tasty. The bowl was licked clean. We'll be ordering again :)

My senior cat is very picky and also quite sensitive when it comes to her stomach/pancreas/intestines. Animonda Senior is one of the few foods she tolerates well and actually enjoys. In my opinion, the meat content could be a bit higher, but it's commendable that the fat content is moderate to low and no soy or plant-based products are added.

Criterion Human: no preservatives, no colourings – fulfilled. Criterion Cat: smells delicious and tastes good – fulfilled. It smells fresh and looks fresh, the sensory experience is spot on. Small pieces that look like fat or throat seem to be liked by my cat, and 26% meat can certainly be considered high. Both human and animal are satisfied!

I bought Animonda Senior for the first time and was deeply disappointed with the contents. The trays are often filled with cartilage and skin. Absolutely unappetising to me. I never noticed this with the regular Animonda. It almost feels like only scraps were used here. My cat doesn’t like eating it either. I won’t be ordering it again. Maybe it used to be better, or I ended up with a "Monday product".

The product seems good, but I can't figure out which one is the poultry product that also contains pasta—I’d like to avoid buying it by mistake. The only downside is that in EVERY delivery, the trays arrive dented or broken, and I’ve seen this issue mentioned in other reviews too.

Minette, 10 years old, sterilised, European shorthair. She had been eating Miamor Milde Mahlzeit Senior for 3 years, but the recipe changed (fat content from 3 to 5, calories from 72 to 85, and protein from 138 down to 118). Switched to Animonda since February. She gets half a can of the three varieties (poultry, beef, lamb) alternated with Menus Légers Pure Turkey, plus Purizon Sterilised Chicken/Fish kibble and Cosma Nature. She doesn’t leave a single crumb. No digestive issues, beautiful coat, and in great shape.

I started using senior food. My tomcat is almost 9 years old and sometimes I think he has trouble with solid meat. He likes Animonda and it’s good for my wallet too 🥳

I thought the "Senior" version would pay more attention to the texture, but that’s not the case—it’s no different at all from the "Adult" one. My cats aren’t keen on it and always leave a lot on the plate. I won’t be buying it again.
