The zooplus Innovation Award was launched in 2026 to recognise and celebrate the most innovative products from our brands. The winners were chosen by zooplus employees in a company-wide vote.
The award featured two categories: Dog and Cat. In both categories, food and accessory products competed against each other.

How were the winners selected?
The brands each nominated the products they considered to be their most innovative. All zooplus employees were then invited to vote for their favourites.
The three products with the most votes in each category were selected as winners. An additional special award was given to the product that received the fourth-highest number of votes across both categories.

Why were zooplus employees involved in the voting process?
Many zooplus employees are pet owners themselves, just like our customers. Their everyday experiences with their pets give them valuable insight into products that can genuinely improve pets’ lives.
