Super bedding for quails
I was looking for bedding for my quail enclosure and have tried quite a few options. This bedding is perfect... finely chopped beech shavings, dust-free and ideal for scratching around for the quail group. I'm thrilled and will only buy this bedding in the future... 2 bags are enough for an area of 1m x 2.20m about 10cm thick. A clear recommendation to buy!

Perfect for the bird aviary
Beech wood granulate is the best thing I've tried so far for bird aviaries. It smells good, binds the birds' droppings, and doesn't create any dust at all. It's easy to spread. I read here that it’s supposed to go mouldy – I can’t confirm that at all. Bird sand starts to smell musty very quickly, but even after a longer period, this granulate doesn’t have that issue. Of course, bird sand, grit, etc. must also be offered separately in a dish – birds need that for digestion.

Best bedding for finches
I was recommended this litter instead of sand. At first, I was sceptical, but now I’m very convinced and will buy it again. The birds love it and play with it. It’s very lightweight and easy to dispose of; after a week, the cage still looks clean, though I still clean it anyway.

Good quality
I used this for my budgies for a while. It was good quality and looked nice, but I've gone back to using sand now.

Great as a top layer
I ordered the wrong bedding for my guinea pigs, but I’ve now used it as a top layer and I’m thrilled! The guinea pigs love it, and the bedding doesn’t slip around when they zoom through the cage.

Ordered the wrong litter
I ordered 15 kg of Chipsi Extra beechwood shavings with medium grain for our rabbit. Unfortunately, they don’t absorb the urine.

Super bedding!
Very good for the guinea pig gang!
It absorbs really well, smells pleasant, and finally, they can sit dry under their little houses.
Digging is also possible with the medium grain, and it's not hard on them.
I always sprinkle it over Tierwohl Super, so it also protects their eyes when they groom themselves.
If the price for 15 kg were a bit cheaper, I would use it exclusively.
Because it doesn’t create dust – absolutely recommendable.

Perfect
This summer, we got some birds, and they are in the living room. The regular sand creates such a mess, especially with all the dust, so we switched to this product. It saves us a lot of effort – we only replace the part that gets too dirty. Depending on the type of bird, you can leave the wood in for a month without any issues, as long as you regularly clean up the other mess around it. We have 5 cages to clean and used to clean them every week at first, but with this, that's absolutely no longer necessary.

Brilliant!
Much more comfortable for the animals... Instead of constantly having a pinecone under their noses... Like with other types of bedding! I'm thrilled.

It's a very decent product.
Doesn't look as dirty as, for example, sand and isn't as intense in smell as sand.
As for how my two parrots feel about it, I can't say for sure – they rarely seem to be in their aviary... lol

Perfect
This beech wood granulate is the perfect bedding for my cockatiels. I've been using it for years and have always received flawless bags.
It's the ideal alternative to sand, as it's lighter and the inevitable crumbs on the floor don't scratch the delicate laminate.
The only thing to keep in mind is that birds not kept on sand must be offered bird grit in a separate bowl, as they need these small stones to digest hard seeds.

Super bedding for my two peach-faced lovebirds
I think these beech wood chips are fantastic. They don’t produce dust and leave a pleasant, subtle woody scent. My two little birds love nibbling on them. They’re just brilliant. I’ve been using them for a year now and I’m very satisfied.

The best for our terrarium!
We spent a long time looking for the right bedding for our African pygmy hedgehogs and finally found it here!
It looks super natural, absorbs odours very quickly, and urine and droppings are easy to remove or replace.
The price is unbeatable too – TOP product :)
