The dwarf hamster is thrilled with the space!!
Hello :)
So, I've had it for a month now and I'm really happy with it ;). My hamster loves the space! There's plenty of room on the roof. I've placed the sand bath and three bowls up there :)! Just brilliant!
I recommend it to everyone :)!

Favourite spot...
...my dwarf hamster lady. At first, she wasn’t interested in the multi-chamber house at all. But as soon as I attached stilts to it, she moved in straight away. She also loves digging underneath it. I’ve lined the two chambers with floors using hemp mats and replace them regularly. I also think the removable roof is brilliant – it makes nest checks so much easier, and you don’t have to destroy the nest every time.

Very lovely house
Our dwarf hamster moved in straight away, and we lined it with the hemp mat beforehand – he made himself comfortable right away. Excellent value for money and great quality.

Wow
I never thought such a great house would come at this price. My dwarf hamsters love it, but the floor isn't that great. Still worth recommending.

Super spacious!
The Leif sleeping house is big and spacious, so even my golden hamster fits comfortably.
Good craftsmanship, though you might need to sand down the holes a bit.
But definitely recommendable!

Basically good...
Large enough for dwarf hamsters. However, I’m not sure what the floor under the two middle compartments is supposed to be for. We removed it, which was quick and straightforward.
I’m slightly bothered by the fact that the glue is visible in several places, but our hamster hasn’t nibbled at it yet...
Otherwise, good value for money.

Actually good
For the price, it's good and sturdy.
The only downside is that the roof just sits on top and isn't fixed properly :-(

Actually great!
Super, because:
- removable roof,
- second level thanks to large, flat roof,
- good size,
- hassle-free nest inspection,
- multiple storage compartments,
- ideal for cage and free-range use.
Not so good, because:
- floor (but you can saw it out).

Wow, how big!
When the big package arrived, I first thought, what on earth is inside?
But then I unpacked the house and was amazed at how big it is. My sweet little hamster lady loves it and immediately inspected it. A lovely little house.

+++Super+++
I can recommend this house to everyone. My hamster feels very comfortable in it. However, I fear I might not have a house for much longer, as he loves nibbling on it so much ;)
But otherwise, it's really great, especially the top exit – that's brilliant!

Great for dwarf hamsters!
Great house, but please not for Syrian hamsters! It's just too small for them, they can't even stretch out in the tiny rooms. Our Goldi also turned the house (because of the floor) into a cesspit in no time, which couldn't be cleaned anymore. But: for dwarfs, it's the most beautiful house in the world!

My dwarf hamster loves it!
My hamster lady has been living with this house for quite a while now – and she loves her little villa!
I did, however, remove the floor at the beginning, as moisture would probably have accumulated in the wood otherwise, and nest checks would have been difficult.

Lilli thought it was great, but...
Hello,
My dwarf hamster got this multi-chamber house as her first home.
I brought her home when she was about 8 weeks old. The size of the house was fine back then.
Now she's 7 months old – it's simply too small, especially when her cheeks are stuffed full! Here's my review:
- Poor workmanship of the parts
- Chambers are too small
- Holes are too small
- There's a cave under the stairs; my hamster felt really comfortable there, but it's not good for nest checks
- The base plate rotted away on me
- The material can "resin," which is toxic
- No corner toilet fits inside
- Ceiling is very low
+ Multiple chambers
+ Removable lid
I had to throw the house away after just a few months of use...
I've now built one myself with similar dimensions. It cost an unbelievable €1.60 and fits exactly how I want it. ;)

Glue can be nibbled.
I've had this house for quite a while now and was really excited about it at first. However, my mice have now gnawed off the bark in several places, and glue is starting to show. :/ I'm obviously not too thrilled about that—who knows if the glue might be harmful? Other than that, though, the house has a really great layout, and my little ones were absolutely smitten with it. ;)

Super popular with my chipmunk :)
I've had a chipmunk for just under a week now and ordered this house for it, as in the wild they build burrows with multiple chambers. The house is absolutely brilliant, Findus has taken to it really well! He’s padded it with the contents of a kapok pod and some kitchen paper, and he always sleeps in it. When people come around that he doesn’t know, he retreats into the house, and he also loves sitting on the roof. From there, he has a great view and can quickly disappear into the house if needed (through the hole in the roof). I haven’t even been able to check if he’s storing things in there because he always vanishes inside whenever I open the cage =) So, I can only recommend it!

The absolute best house!!
I run a small dwarf and golden hamster breeding operation, and I can honestly say that every single hamster absolutely loves this house and would move in straight away! It’s true, however, that it’s prone to getting dirty, so I tried painting the inside with natural varnish once – now cleaning it is super easy, and there’s no smell anymore! The idea of lining each room with rodent fleece as an extra layer (basically like a mattress) is also brilliant.
Conclusion: the most species-appropriate house there is!

Hamster house
I can recommend the house; the staples are properly attached. Although it's not ideal since it was stapled, this might depend on the individual hamster and its chewing needs. Additionally, the price-performance ratio for this product is acceptable.
The house contains a floor in the middle. If the hamster uses this floor as a toilet, the floor can be easily removed.
The floor can also be lined with hemp mats. These hemp mats are used by the hamster for nest building.
The entrance holes are large enough for golden hamsters. However, they do not meet the standard diameter of 7 cm for golden hamsters.
Nevertheless, the entrance holes are sufficient, almost generous.
The resinous wood seems to be well-dried and, in my opinion, poses no danger to the hamster.
I can recommend this product.

Without the base plate, it would get 5 stars.
Unfortunately, one of the chambers has a bottom. Of course, our hamster uses exactly this chamber as a toilet. Cleaning it is very difficult, and mould can develop. Without a bottom – and if the hamster chooses a different toilet – 5 stars!!

Super!
Beautiful craftsmanship, great idea. My gerbils love this house and use it for sleeping. Whenever I place the house in the aquarium, they immediately inspect it and start bringing in hay. After just two days, they've already built really lovely nests in the middle chambers. Absolutely brilliant!

Sloppy workmanship and risk of injury
I returned the house and will be sending it back. Due to the size of the entrance holes, it is not suitable for Syrian hamsters, as it becomes too tight when their cheek pouches are full (the diameter should be at least 7cm for Syrian hamsters). The base plate was not cut cleanly, leaving slanted gaps between the wall and the plate where the hamster's foot could get stuck. However, the base plate is unnecessary anyway – hamsters should have a thick layer of bedding under the house for digging. The plate gets dirty quickly and cannot be cleaned properly. The worst part, though, is the staples holding the house together. They were not properly attached, with sharp metal ends sticking out of the wood. If the hamster doesn’t injure itself on these, it will certainly happen when it chews on the wood and encounters the staples. It’s a shame – the idea of a multi-chamber house is actually good, but the execution is poor.
