I thought it was good, my dogs didn’t!
When the package arrived, I thought: what a great dog toy. Unfortunately, my two (Fox Terrier and Podenco mix) weren’t interested in the Stix at all; it’s now lying in the corner and not being played with. Wooden sticks are much more exciting for the two of them. Such a shame.

Great alternative to a stick
We take the Safestix with us on every walk. My dog (English Springer Spaniel) loves it, and his canine friend (Labrador) does too. It's truly a great alternative to sticks. It's easy to throw and, thanks to the bright colours, very easy to spot – we have the green one, and you can definitely see it on the grass. It's also quite durable, even if the dog chews on it for a bit.

The shape and colour could still use a bit of work... ;)
The product is absolutely sturdy, floatable, lightweight, and was well received by our dogs. For my taste, the Kong Safestix is a bit too narrow for a shepherd's bite, but too long for a smaller dog.

Great toy
My dogs are absolutely thrilled with the Safestix. They've really put it through its paces with tug-of-war games and chewing on it, and there’s not even the slightest trace of teeth marks on the toy. Plus, the toy is almost odourless, unlike many other rubber toys! Simply brilliant!

Fantastic
Fantastic toy - safe and very durable (my Berner has destroyed many rubber toys but she chomps on this one with no ill-effect on the toy at all). Also it can be thrown a fair distance into water and floats easily for retrieval.

Absolutely recommendable!
We've been using the Safestix for quite a while now, and the dogs absolutely love this stick replacement! Due to the high risk of injury, I don't let the dogs play with real sticks.
The Safestix is indestructible and even floats!
That said, the Safestix doesn't necessarily look like a dog toy... ;)
We've had a good laugh about it!

Robust and fun
Great toy for throwing, and two dogs can even play with it at the same time (they can run side by side, each holding the toy in their mouth). It's very sturdy—my 50 kg dog sometimes chews on it for a bit, but it doesn't affect the toy at all.
