We've used this gate for 2 years and have no complaints. It keeps our chihuahua out, but our GSD just jumps over it. But that's fine because it was bought for the chihuahua. Being a completely unskilled craftsman, I still managed to put this together easily. It's great quality and I would definitely buy it again.

We've been using the gate continuously for two years now. It blocks our Chihuahua lady from going up the wooden staircase, which unfortunately has such large gaps between the steps that she would fall through. Our American Shepherd can simply jump over it. I managed to set up the gate in no time, despite being quite clumsy with DIY. Very good quality workmanship. I would buy it again anytime, as we can't imagine being without it anymore.

The gate really doesn't stay in place; my 2.5 kg Cavalier puppy just pushes it out of position without any effort. And don't think you can conveniently slide the gate open from the other end, either.

Does what it's supposed to, easy to assemble. Value for money is fine. Warning! Sliding it apart and together is very difficult. Insider tip: just move it a bit to the side and you won't need the sliding mechanism at all!
