Have just used these clippers for the first time, so quick, easy, and safe to use. Bailey hated having his claws clipped, had to visit the vets to have them clipped not anymore. Can be done at home in half the time without the cost.

The first time, I had to think a bit about how best to slide the claw into the loop. But now, after a few tries, it’s very quick and straightforward. I’m really happy to have it. Highly recommended.

I also bought this claw clipper because my cat's long claws were leaving marks when playing too intensely... The first few claws were trimmed without any issues, although it was noticeable that the claws were more likely being broken off rather than cleanly cut. After that, my little one became scared of the clipper, probably due to the noise made by the spring tensioning. Now, I just use a regular nail clipper, the kind you can find in any drugstore for us "tin openers," and we're both super happy with it!

The claw trimmer is perfectly adequate for my dog, an Alaskan Malamute, for cutting the dewclaws. Others have written that the claws might splinter, but I can't confirm that, although it surely could also depend on diet and the structure of the claws. My dog has very hard and large claws, which can be trimmed perfectly with this.

I bought these originally to use on my Guinea pigs, but they work very well on my Jack Russell too. Very easy to use, you don't need much pressure and they cut very efficiently. Quick and easy. Which is wonderful as my doggy hates getting her claws clipped, as it stresses her out.

After using many types of clippers, these are the best. They cut cleanly with little pressure and most importantly they do not twist the nail making them more comfortable for the dog.

Hello there! I have a Dalmatian and 4 cats! I started using the claw trimmer today, and it cuts the claws like butter! In 10 minutes, I trimmed the claws of all 5 animals. The claws don’t fly around wildly but simply drop straight down after being cut. Really brilliant!

Unfortunately, when using the pliers, the claws tend to break off instead. I only tried it on two claws and then decided to stop using it.

...and after we managed to convince our kittens to lie still for a bit, everything worked perfectly. It's a bit inconvenient that you always have to fiddle the claw into the loop, and my little Lana doesn't like staying still for that long. But in terms of price and quality, absolutely top-notch.

This claw trimmer is fantastic. My Sheltie breeder has the same model and recommended it to us. You can trim the claws easily and quickly without injuring the dog's paws. Great price for a great product that even breeders recommend.

Received the claw scissors today. Had to try them out on both of my pets straight away. They sit perfectly in the hand, are easy to use, and cut really well! Negative: sometimes the claws still splinter when cutting. But all in all, they're better than the scissors I've always used before. Highly recommended for the price!

The pliers are very well made and of high quality. Unfortunately, the tomcat won’t stay still, as he generally doesn’t like it when you mess around with his paws. It really depends on the cat...
