This doesn't hold up to a week's wear unfortunately. The metallic smell and disintergration appeared quickly.

Simon's Cat is pretty much a must-have for every cat lover. And this bowl too! The size is absolutely sufficient, and thanks to the rubber coating on the bottom, the bowl stays firmly in place. The brand name is finely laser-etched onto the stainless steel base and (!) the stainless steel insert itself is not only removable but also has a thin rubber band around it, so the insert stays securely in place and doesn’t make an annoying clattering noise when my indoor tiger eats. Easy cleaning is guaranteed as well.

Very nice and practical bowl with removable metal inserts (the standard Hunter replacement inserts fit perfectly). It stands very securely and isn’t too deep for the cats.

I like how the metal insert can be removed for adding food or for washing and plastic container stays behind. If desperate, one can use them separately as two bowls! Given the plastic surrounding the collar does not make noise when in contact with the bowl as it would do with other metal bowls! I have been using it for a couple of months, washing it every day and it has retained its quality! Nicely made!

The bowl has very nice craftsmanship, and the design is fitting as well.

I love Simon's cat, so when i saw this bowl (and the mat) i ordered it for Marley. It is well made and looks adorable.

I have to admit I bought this bowl for the cute factor, and because my kitty is like Simon's cat...always hungry. It was a really good buy, though! It is heavy enough that it won't move, easy to clean and has a handhold on one side that makes it a breeze to move around. It is also a nice size, not too big and not too small. Really recommended.
