Difficult to eat
My dog and my foster dog both had trouble chewing through the skin. They still tried to swallow it afterwards and, of course, ended up gagging. The skin becomes so tough when it gets wet from saliva that breaking it down with their teeth is very difficult. Maybe it's just my batch. In general, they would like the taste, but getting it into their stomachs isn’t so easy.

Try cutting them
This is a great treat . My storm loves them, he's 18 and has all his own teeth lol but sometimes they are a bit too long or too wide to keep on chewing for so long,So I cut them In half, give him the two bits and he's a happy dog. Two for one and he does not loose interest.

A big mess
Dog was okay with it. The main problem with this is that it still has its scales on and thus causes a big mess.

Great!
At first, my little one was a bit sceptical, but then she couldn’t get enough of it. Even the floor gets thoroughly licked! It should be obvious to everyone that dried fish has a smell. An absolute treat and highly recommended.

Almost 6
Loved by two small dogs - last longer than I thought and can be cut in half if you wish. Full 5 stars as mine pick up the loose scales!

almost five
the only reason it's a four is because they leave fish scales wherever the dog eats them. Other than that they are fab, and not as smelly as you'd imagine

Unfortunately, a complete waste of money.
When I gave my dog a salmon skin roll and he sniffed it, he shook his head at first, as if he was thinking, "What on earth is this?" When he finally ate it, I thought, "Hmm, must have been tasty and healthy." But then he got such terrible diarrhoea from it that he ended up going in the house during the night—it smelled awful!
The following day, he still had very bad diarrhoea. I gave him some cooked rice, and he started feeling better soon after. The bag of salmon skin rolls went straight into the bin; unfortunately, my dog just couldn’t tolerate them at all.

Cut into 'Rugeli', it's a hit with cats too!
The dried salmon skin is a real cat magnet. To make it easier for the kitties to eat, I cut it into small pieces or little rolls with scissors.
The cats absolutely love the taste, even though they have to experiment a bit to figure out the best way to eat it.
