Beautiful but missing parts like the grill and pillow, I hope they arrive soon.

I ordered for the first time and the grill was missing. They sent me a second order and... the grill is still missing!!! How many baskets do I have to collect before I get a complete order??

Very sturdy and easy to use. I don’t just use them to take the cat with me on the bike, but also for trips to the vet. Much better than one of those closed carriers where the cat feels trapped.
